Try clearing you bounty of any invisible fractions with player.setcrimegold 0 but it sounds like you are somehow stuck with an escaping prisoner bounty or other tag from the lost history quest since it is only the Skingrad Guards. Did you get this quest update "Amusei and I escaped from Castle Skingrad. Let's see if he will keep his word and tell me about the book." if not see this quest advice: "Leave the castle grounds via the main gate and cross the bridge leading back to the path to Skingrad. The guard that is normally present at the archway to the bridge should be absent. Make sure you follow the actual path down the hillside towards town - don't shortcut down the hillside to the left as the quest flag may not update." If nothing else works, go back to a save before you and Amusei were detected escaping.

I feel so sorry for all those terrified Kajiits, running in circles for The rest of eternity after the Sheogorath Quest. I would like to be able to help them regain peace, maybe through a quest to recover sacred objects, maybe a reverse practical joke after completing Shivering Isles main quest. Something to undo that which I have participated in doing to them.

Recall that only one of the Septims after Tiber, Pelagius I, was descended from Tiber Septim. After than it was a line descended from his brother, tehn a consort of no known Septim blood, one from a distant cousin line (Lariat), and then a closer cousin line.

spoiler tags added in the forums are no longer having any effect when the post is displayed in the comment tab of a mod file page. Something to do with the upgrades I would guess, since the way they display in forums is also different than before..

Nevermind, Despite the comment to the animation Fixer file, it seems to work fine with my version of OBSE, with nothing being needed to be done to the OBSE save files, just use it on the .ess. The player saying it would not work was using a version called OBXP. my older OBSAF would not work since installing OBSE but the Animation Fixer 1.2 worked fine. I just had to move the original .ess to a backup location and rename the fixed file to the original name to match the name on the OBSE sav.

The slow animations, stuck door, etc bug, nicknamed the A-b0mb. This http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5127 is the most common fix for the bug, but the comments say that it does not work on OBSE saves.

Apparently, from the comments, Animation Fixer (now version 1.2) does not seem to, nor does the older OBSAF which I have.
