Twenty minutes, 30 minutes, or 50.Either one would be incredible to watch, but I can't seem to find any details either on when it's airing on TV.Guess I'll just have to keep recording the E3 coverage on G4TV.
-
I believe on the GT.TV they said it was 30 minutes, though I can't remember if it was Todd or Geoff that said it, I think it was Todd.

Anyone know when and where the real demo is going to air on TV in Eastern Standard Time?
-
Or rather, you might be able to see outside but you'd still have to press "exit" when you go up there and there would be an invisible wall or something similar.Regardless, I think we should hear it from a dev first before we start expecting all dungeons to be open.
-
I don't see what you're talking about, I watched the video several times and saw nothing to indicate that the dungeons don't have separate cells. If you're talking about the way it has lighting pouring through and the fact that you can see the sky from inside that doesn't necessarily mean that the dungeons are open.It doesn't make much sense to me to have the dungeons open and not have the cities and houses open as well, from what I gather some of the dungeons are supposed to be large enough to last you at least two hours long.

Where's the source at?And I don't think that fort in the video was a dungeon, I think it was just a watchtower-type of thing.

Nerdgasms...won't...stop...can't...breathe...must..have..SKYRIM. One a sidenote, it appears that you do actually walk around with the spells in your hand, similar to Bioshock.I suspected it for quite some time but I wasn't sure until today, I wonder how that will look in third-person though.Screenshots do NOT do the game justice though, the animations and graphics look a hundred times better in motion.

 You got me all excited too.

An hour long, really?I thought it was only supposed to be 20 minutes?
-
Don't forget Markarth Side because we know for sure what it looks like, not to mention it's built into the side of a mountain. So it's either Falkreath, Windhelm, or Riften.Too bad we don't know more about the cities or we might be able to identify it.I'm gonna put my money ( figuratively) on Windhelm though, because of the palace thingy. Edit: On second thought, I think Windhelm is supposed to be pretty far up north in Skyrim, where it snows a lot.And I don't see any snow in that screen.

Pretty sure we get female characters, doesn't seem like Bethesda to only give you the choice of male. And I don't think that's Riverwood, Riverwood is made out of...well..wood, but that city seems to be made out of stone.Plus it's much too large to be Riverwood, since Riverwood is just a small riverside town.I actually think it's Windhelm, since Windhelm is supposed to be one of the largest cities in Skyrim and also Windhelm is supposed to have a large palace. But I have my doubts as too whether or not that large structure jutting out of the top is a palace or a chapel or some other type of structure.

The major cities aren't supposed to be open though, at least that's what Todd said.Anyone want to guess as to what city that is?

No, you can't combine two different spells, you can however combine two spells of the same type to magnify the effect and use more magicka in the process.

Words cannot describe how beautiful that spell looks to me...

I should have guessed that he was a Nord, he looks a bit too buff to be an Imperial, that and his attire doesn't particularly look like something that a civilized Imperial would wear. But something about his face made me think he was an Imperial.Speaking of which, does anyone notice how much better the necklines look in this game?I can't even find it on the Nord in the screen. Also, it kind of looks like the guy behind him is wearing steel armor. And speaking of armor ( I get sidetracked easily), is there any info on how the enemy NPCs loot will scale?I really don't want bandits wearing glass and elven and mithril armor.

Wow, that sucks, I was eager to hear the answer too.I suppose he thinks that if he kills debates then he is killing hype as well or something similar to that.

What date is the E3 Skyrim exhibition?

Twenty minutes of what, though, that's the question. If it's 20 minutes of gameplay then I'd die of nerdgasms. But if it's only 20 minutes of the devs talking about the game with a minute or so of gameplay then that would be really anticlimactic. But then I've never really seen the E3 presentations on TV, so I'm not sure how it works, would anyone please care to explain? -
Why doesn't someone just ask Pete Hines on Twitter what race he is?I would but I don't use Twitter much so I don't have an account.

From UESP wiki. His hair doesn't seem all that curly and his skin doesn't really have a red tint to it, which is why he doesn't strike me as a Redguard. But if he is a Redguard then I'm going to be fairly disappointed because he looks more like a Nord or an Imperial to me.

Aside from their odd taste in hairstyles, those mammoths look great. And they look huge, the giants are supposed to be between 10-15 feet tall, so you can imagine how large the mammoths are.And I think that second pic is either a nord or an imperial, something about him just doesn't strike me as "redguard".That armor looks like the armor that Dovahkin was wearing in the trailer, but different, it almost looks like scalemail.

There's supposed to be six skills for each discipline right?Let's see, there's One-handed, Two-handed, Smithing, Block, and Heavy Armor. But that's only five, so what's the sixth if hand-to-hand is removed?
-
Actually, if you look at that screen on the official Elder Scrolls site, it looks exactly the same except for the logo in the bottom right corner. http://www.elderscrolls.com/skyrim/media/screenshots/ruined-fort/

Do you think vanilla Skyrim will look as good as modded Oblivion?

Didn't Obsidian Entertainment make Fallout: New Vegas, not Bethesda? -
I'm pretty sure it is too, considering that you're using Bethesda's Creation engine to make money.
-
That's odd, I've never notice that before in that picture. But I'm pretty sure it's some sort of a bug, either one in the game or one that happened when the screen was taken. But why wouldn't there be a snowy area next to a dry dead area? It's not easy for things to grow in constant winter.
