  1. What is it we see?

    When we sit and watch

    all those who go past,

    What do we look for,

    Is it guy,

    is it girls,

    is it neither,

    is it both.

Do the men watch the women,

do the women watch the men,

I watch the men but do they watch me?

    Does she wtch women,

    do they watch her?

    We look but don't see

or we look and do see,

but can we see what they see?

all are different but all the same

ist it possible for us to be so?

that'l get the little grey cells working, it has mine for what on earth do I mean? o_O

I love this poem! Once again you've said volumes in so few words, and made me feel the words because I've experienced them. Thank you for giving this gift to us!

  2. Dezdimona mystified me with her writing, both narrative and poetic, when I first joined the Forums and she welcomed me.

Maharg67 caught me with more of a sneak attack, enrapturing my attention with a magnificent narrative when I least expected it.

Lord Tenaim dazzled me with more poetry and a style I admire and envy: the ability to say so much with so few words.

And now I find myself here, again ensnared by the creativity of a writer whose talent is blossoming and maturing before my very eyes. Thank you so much for sharing your work with us!

  3. Herculine's work edifies like that first glass of wine...whereby simply consuming her words one feels the urge to consume more. I did and as expected, became intoxicated. Metaphorhoses, and Ode To A Silver Knight are my faves...

Thank you for such eloquent praise. I intend to post more such works here in the near future, but most recently I've been a bit more pithy over on the Order of the Dragon thread.

  4. It seems completely ridiculous censor swear words on a site host to mods like Animated Prostitution & Killable Children, not to mention the fact that Fallout 3 itself has swearing in it. Places like deviantArt and youtube get along fine without it, so I see no reason for it here.

It's ridiculous, I can't see any reason why there needs to be an auto-censor as this site clearly isn't intended for children. This site is intended of adults and older teens, and I can say with great certainty that both groups can handle a few curse words. There's no reason a handful of words need to be prohibited, and the only words I can think of are either juvenile or draconian. So why have the censorship? Why not just get rid of it or ad an optional system like youtube has?

I think you should give this some real thought. Thanks for your time.

EDIT: PS, your forum rules don't say much about what words you will and won't allow here, you should probably do something about that.

Most mods that contain adult content on the Nexus are tagged as such so you know what you're getting into before you even try to view the file. Unless there's a way to tag a forum thread in a similar way, then the censorship rules are necessary to protect people who are underage or simply don't want to read a lot of profanity and pornography. This is especially important since the Forums also allow us to upload images. Without some sort of restrictions on that, this would sooner or later become a porn site.

  5. nice :) but black roses are a mirth, you know they are a very very very dark blue they just look black ^_^

thanks, but you missed my point I think!

I think I got the point. Very dark. I love it!

  6. The Order Of The Dragon

    Opus Number Three:

The egg has hatched, and what do I see?

A little pink lizzard gazing up at me!

    I think it's a dragon; I've seen them before,

But dragons are bigger and scary for sure!

This tiny thing is so precious and cute,

Looking so helpless and no bigger than a flute.

But what do I feed it? What does it eat?

Does it need to suckle? Does it drool for meat?

How foolish was I to take it away!

How do I raise it? I'm wrought with dismay!

So it is once again that I ask my new friends

To help with the orphan, their blessings to send.

Please click its image to show that you care

And I'll do the same, as a community we'll share.

The Order Of The Dragon we call ourselves,

All us wee fairies, mortals and elves.

We'll care for these dragons and raise them up strong

And give them a place where they can belong.

  7. The Order Of The Dragon

    Opus Number Two:

The pink egg is cracking and will fall apart.

I'm certain this means the hatching has started.

    I can't wait to discover the wonder inside;

My curious excitement I simply can't hide.

What kind of creature from this shell will come forth?

Once it is here will my wait be well worth it?

But also I'm worried and nervous within,

For a mother is something that I've never been.

Will the hatchling love me and call me its parent?

Or will it reject me and run away errant?

Will I be able to care for the waif?

Have I the strength to keep a child safe?

What if the true mother, her egg she would take?

What if in keeping it I've made a mistake?

All of these worries, all of these fears,

Are driving me crazy as the time of birth nears.

So I helplessly wait, watching the shell,

Hoping the infant will be healthy and well.

  8. As always your work is amazing, Sister! I can't help but get attached to the character Trinity, like I'm reading about a real person. But then, with the research you did for this, this does not surprise me. When the story is finished, I sincerely hope you publish this professionally.
  9. "What do you want, Outlander?"

The voiced-over dialogue of the NPCs was certainly one factor that made Morrowind more popular than other games of the genre and ere, but it certainly wasn't the only factor. Personally, I was attracted to the game mostly due to the first-person, real-time combat. I had been playing Final Fantasy games and thought they were just the coolest thing, then I suddenly and by pure chance decided to rent Morrowind GOTY for the XBox. After that, I knew I had to own the game and could never go back to FF again.
