  1. Start by eliminating (uninstalling, not simply disabling) everything Diamond City related, like the DC-Guard overhaul and DC Vendors thing and the Diamond City Expansion mods. Elianora's Faction Housing overhaul can be a problem when other mods alter the faction head-quarters, including clothing that affects the factions. Anything SIM-settlement related is a potential hazard. Here's my current load order. 462 plugins
  2. Widescreen is 16:9. Anything wider is called cinemascope or letterbox. So, in the end the title says nothing at all, except you have something with cancer.
  3. Cheers Dantebabe. I'll look into it. Having almost eight-thousand mods for FO4 sitting tight in NMM makes things difficult to find sometimes.
  4. Soon I will achieve this endeavour.
  5. Am I too late? Too early? When should I come back? Are there buses to here or any kind of public transport? I wouldn't want to get involved in a cash-grabbing scheme where I'd have to pay a bus fare every 15 minutes, just to find-out I was too late or too eaarly, you know.
  6. I used to use a mod which had a beige locker, you know, like the grey, single-door standard locker. The locker was in pristine condition, was coloured beige/pinkish, served as a container and was double-sided, in that it had a 'normal' locker door on the left and a non-active shelf side on the right. I loved that locker but can't find the mod it came from. Any ideas?
  7. HeyYou is right. On top of that, with that mod, when you open the developer's console and click an item, you'll be able to see which mod the item origintes from.
  8. Sorry to hear about the issues. We don't really support anything other than the default (underground) theme and mobile theme so I'm not really sure how the White theme got broken. Forum search is something we'd have to disable because the forum is so big now that frequent searching will cause considerable performance problems. It's not ideal, I know. At some point in the future we'll hopefully start to migrate our discussions off the forum and onto a new platform where searching will be easier. The IPBoard forum is a great tool and serves as a backbone to many parts of the website, however, as we didn't write the software we keep coming up against limitations which we have very little power to control. Search is unfortunately one of these cases. Sorry to say this (not really) but when you have links to functions that no longer work, you need to get rid of those links. Sure, I can understand Nexus has other priorities, but hey, this only proves you desperately need to sort your priorities. You can't run a website the size of Nexus without doing the proper maintenance. And if it's an issue, hire more people. And if you can't pay 'em, seek volunteers with the appropriate knowledge. I know nothing works perfect and issues and problems will always occur. But damn fellows, a site with the magnitude (and magnificence) of Nexus should be able to provide some kind of proper usage of the basic functions of the site, no?
  9. First of all, please use the "Spoiler" tags (top left in the reply box menu, third button from the left) when posting large chunks of text, it avoids us fecking-up the mouse wheel trying to get at the bottom fo your post. Secondly, please first check if you didn't use a 4K facial mod. A 4K face mod doesn't agree with a 2K body and always gives the 'Black Face' problem. It's not a bug, just the result of mis-combination of mods.
  10. There's a limit to the amount of saves you can make. It's determined by the game's engine. What that limit is exactly, I don't know, but it's beyond what I personally had in amount of save-games. I guess you'll notice once you've reached that limit and I hope you'll come back to tell us about it once you've reached said limit. Have fun and good luck...
  11. FO4 looks great with the RX6800XT, but the same issues of high RAM use spikes are still there...
  12. Check Windows event manager. It's not always mods that cause crashes. It can be something as silly as a anti-virus solution or other application that kicks-in that causes the game to go belly-up.
  13. Well, if you had any artistic, coding or modding gifts yourself, you wouldn't have posted what you did. Buy a mirror and have a look in it. And it's "Lego"...
  14. Image shows for me, but it's the size of a stamp, which means it could be Windsor Castle for all I know. Please upload a decent-sized photo. Or link to an image you can post on Imgur. The latter is a free to register and use picture host.
  15. Which new year has been a happy one for you? Anyway, you cannot search for ELS files. You'll have the dig-up the mod you like and check if it has an ESL equivalent. May I also remind you that using ESL files isn't always the best option. That best option is using ESP files flagged as ESL. The difference is that ESL files will always be loaded BEFORE ESP files, because that's the priority the gamme gives to extensions. First to be loaded are ESM files, then ESL and then ESP. An ESP file flagged as ESL will be loaded amongst the 'regular' ESP files, eliminating the possibility of having the wrong load order. I'm in the process of making a small tutorial on how to flag ESP files as ESL with xEdit.
  16. If you made a copy of a settlement with the Transfer Settlement mod, you can share that transfer as a mod without having to ask for permission to anybody, because the transfer doesn't contain the mods themselves. If I or anybody else would use your transfer, we all would have to download and install the mods that you used to liven up your settlement, because, like I said before, the mods you used aren't physically present inside the transfer, only references that will check the installed mods in the game from the person who uses the transfer.
  17. Never add a truckload of mods in one go, but add a couple at a time so you more or less know which mod is throwing a spanner in the works. Trial and error is the only way to go. Start over with a handful of mods and add some as you go along. It takes a while, but it's the only sure way of finding out what mods work well together. And if the modlist you posted is also your load order, better start using LOOT.
  18. Your preference to "just wanting to shoot people" over seeing folks in revealing clothing is rather deplorable. I'd personally prefer watching porn over seeing you shoot people. The 'reavling clothes' and 'sexual themes' are part of the game, so, maybe open a debate with the game's developers and put forward your arguments so they can see the light and release an adapted version for you...
  19. You can also lower virtual memory space. Windows keeps a virtual memory space which dates from the days computers had 4, 8 or 16MB RAM and diskspace could be used as temporary RAM space. Nowadays, with RAM running in the dozens of GB, this virtual memory is redundant but still used by the OS.
  20. Do you mean BodySlide files? And opening an ini file with notepad doesn't change all the other files unless you leave the option ticked to let your operating system do so. Use Notepad++ to open ini files. That every other system file can also be opened with a text editor doesn't matter since the content of the files doesn't change.
  21. To be more specific, mod content or assets that can be used in mods is generally ok. The thing I'd like to avoid is when people upload a TXT/PDF file as a "mod". Basically when there's no reason for there to be a file download. That's exactly what this 'personal' page would be for. To post stuff like tutorials that otherwise would be uploaded as a mod.
  22. My thoughts are that you need to get more specific and detailed. It's not because the info YOU got was unclear that you have to try to outdo things by being even more unclear. Mind-reading isn't a thing yet, so, until it is, be prepared to write things down properly.
  23. For PC there's already several of those mods. Dunno if any have been converted for game console.
