It is no surprise to me that a more and more abusive government try's to knock at the borders of legality if you add dilettantism to it that can be abused by every one that calls himself a hacker then it seams get too much or do you have another opinion ? Reason : there are already too many on line games out there and elder-scrolls games are best experienced alone and then the experiences shared with many. A similar thing is each one that uses mods makes the game individual and unique for each user, so this alone would be near to impossible to archive at the moment for an on line game to have all oblivion mods ready that can be used to have that unique game experience aside from the conflicts that would be caused . (see bben46's post above) My personal opinion is i like my game individual set up to my tastes and that is the big strength against on line games that have only vanilla setup's, tons of items that cost too much money and too much time to get. I like also the passionate individuals that are like minded and provide such wonderful mods and hereby thank all moders here on Nexus helping me to make my game's an individual and unique experience for me.

Me wanted to expand a thingy balagor mentioned before about cultural respect.. It isnt easy for somebody to post here in debates in his 2nd language and in my opinion it is better to treat those with respect there are a bit more here because if we keep this only to 1st language English we will soon notice how we are debating in circles again and again So it would be a kind behavior to value posters more that bring in from a different cultural background and experience into debates because it is expands the views onward to other culture's view's and thinking.

@Aurelius Here in my country (Ministry of Finance) have already made plans how a detailed controlled ordered insolvency of Greece could be carry out. And I think other countries have set there opinions to this matter too, so I think it is considered by the EU as an option.

Occupy Wall Street is since 17th of September protesting growing lager each day a bit. Some argue out is it is like the protest that have begun in January in Cairo this year. Others argue that it is nonsense. So what are the protest about and are the arguments of the protesting peoples? Are they valid or are they nonsense and why are they valid or nonsense? Trying to explain what chivalry seams not to work here we end up in middle ages . Since the topics headline is "Is chivilery dead" without any punctuation. The OP is framing in his 1st post liberal's to be responsible openly. I came to the conclusion that a loot of posters might riding the horse from the wrong end in explaining what chivalry is or not is. (some tried to explain why chivalry is in decline to a degree) The main question due to reading posts here should be in my opinion - "Why is chivalry in decline?" because everyone here agrees that it is still there and alive( to some degree.) So the next question would be - "What is did cause that chivalry in decline?" and the question beyond that would be - "Who or what is responsible for the decline of chivalry?" In my opinion the answer to the last question should be "Fear" I will not explain why I answer fear but I give you a chance by backtracking to find you the answer yourself, because there might someone who learns a thing or two in this process.

Here a tip for Construction Set that i did uses as i was new as well might it help you -open up construction set - wait till it is fully loaded - select under File/ Save - now enter with in the prompt Test and save ( you now have an empty Test.esp crated that you can tinker with .. ) - Now select under File /data... - Tick the oblivion.esm and look for the Test.esp - Tick the test.esp and select as Set as Active file and hit (ouch sorry klick) Ok button Now you should be able to tinker around as you like, if you want to test something new simply save the Test.esp and put the Test.esp and the bottom of your load order If you made with a Test.esp something you want to remember simple rename the Test.esp and start again from above. (might be a good idea to save the renamed file afterwards to a different folder)

IF somebody can misunderstand you .. They do! The crux of debate in death penalty isn't justice ... I don't argue justice in general! The crux is how to rehabilitate someone innocent convinced and put under the justice of the law to death.... Now the all in all question is in justice is the strong here. Now justify a nation that commutes mass murder on innocent people ( i know it has been done before) how many innocent life under a death penalty must die till a nation becomes a murder it self and who can judge such a nation ? it is a state of self preservance of a nation to put only the guilty to justice and I'm not arguing justice I arguing out that you can't rehabilitate an INNOCENT convicted and put to death person. because im not going the punishing line like i posted soempostes above in one quote you cant rehabillitate an dead person that has been found innocent after it has been put to death by a law system there is no compensation for this! and if the victims and relatives of such a person would then now argue the point out that there must be justice for them too.. then the nation must now judge it self by the same laws it has judged the one that has been innocently put to death by equal means... now where would that lead us too? Now why have the majority of nations put down the death penalty?

You cant rehabilitate a dead person found guilty for a crime he / she didn't committed. Now the major crux of this topic; If someone values punishment over rehabilitation thats where the death penalty becomes a tool of revenge not a punishment. when ever a government on behalf of the citizens enforces a death penalty on an innocent person it is irreversible revenge instead of justice. How to rehabilitate a dead person is in a fashion equally to that what is taken from him /her is beyond me. And if some genius comes to the idea of paying with money in such a case .. Well how much worth is a life? Can a life be measured or weighed by money ?

Yes school bullies count , If a teacher found you guilty in the end when they where lying to get you punished. In my opinion you can make a fortune if you are a manager of a company that has many government orders. ( it can be calculated so the government and the company profit from such workers ... now think up where this leads me to a criminal in jail is able to produce work is able to repay the society and even in my opinion has the right to be rehabilitated if working. There are national and international laws what a criminal can do as work or not. Having them watch TV is the worst of all in my humble opinion. I was and always referring to the innocent found guilty of the crime and be punished by the death penalty. This is no general law debate this is about death penalty and the question that has the hardest answer is can you bring a such punished innocent individual back to life for his / her children and raise him / her from the dead? how would the children view this if in the aftermath would come out the one put to death was innocent? Now if the same rules applies now for the trial against the ones that lied who is at accused and who is the accuser ? Was the punishment only an unfortunate mishap? Try to explain this to the children, eye to eye, in such way and be prepared to run just in case they seek justice.

There are ways to make even a criminal productive to pay back what he /she owes the society while he/she is serving his/her penalty! And due to all respect to you HeyYou in answering only a view selected of my philosophical questions, You cant deny the truth that there is more wrong that right in only looking at the numbers of persons that died and not view them as individuals. Numbers make it easy not to see the individual life and the families behind that Individual. Oh and one more question : Have you ever been falsely accused of anything and brought down by self justice by a mob that wants only to see you punished ? ( If the answer is yes, then you know that there is a thin line between justice and revenge). Now try to put all knowllege into a Libra and weight carefully each of my above posted questions and especially the answers that come up, if you answer honestly at last to yourself.
