I have some questions about this and hoping others that may have set this up might share their ideas and bug fixes/problem solves. I have never modded Oblivion and I seen the mod Blood & Mud which I downloaded off of a German site (the English version) can anyone tell me the proper way to set it up if using the GOG Version and Mod Organizer 1 please? You can also share experiences of using the mod too or setting it up with Arthmoor's Better Cities mod. Thanks!

Has anyone tried using Mod Organizer 2 with the GOG version instead of the STEAM version? If so does it work?

It is similar to Elephantiasis or Proteus Syndrome if I remember correctly. You might have heard about the man, his name was Joseph Merrick. Look it up, the movie released in the 80's is excellent but very sad. He lived a sad sheltered life. Likely the same as this man. The Elephant Man was based on a true story it is a sad and heart breaking movie.

I used to draw. I was/am an excellent artist, started out drawing dinosaurs back in the 70's and early 80's refining my techniques as I got older then I moved onto fine art in high school winning many awards regionally and city wide for my work including some professional work, caricature work, comic type and fantasy art. I really miss it and I always wanted to develop a visual mod of an armor or weapon that I personally designed and see it in Skyrim.

Adventure for the Atari 2600 which incidentally you can find Warren Robinett's Easter Egg (one of if not the very FIRST gaming easter eggs - from 1979!) wherein you needed to find 1 small Black Pixel in a literal OCEAN of black pixels. Read about it, the story about the easter egg is funny. Oh, not addicted I would clarify the term as Hobby in my response because I do not play as much as I got older.

I would think like the poster above me mentioned that most people don't have people skills. I think instead that we do not use enough of them online and on the internet. There is something to be said for a courteous Please and Thank you and May I? To me those are more enlightened responses although I do admit falling from Grace especially when I see an outright distortion or lie like most people are wont to do now, especially about political divides.

Thank you very much for the reply cumbrianlad. I really appreciate it. I have the CK all setup and all the bug fixes for it installed and updated. I would like to design the dog with a custom mesh and texture. If possible I would like to see how I could import his picture using digital photos of him I have. He was such a very good boy. Even when you mentioned the "Whose a good boy?" his ass would start wagging ninety miles an hour he was so happy. I miss him, when I would mod the game he would come to sit at my side and in the dark at night I would not see him right away but I felt like I was being watched or looked at and I'll be darned every time I looked down to my left side there he was quietly waiting for me to give him pets after which he would begin bouncing my desk chair around scratching his ass and back. He was a very good boy, and a special friend. I miss him and he has been gone (today) an entire 60 days and it feels like just yesterday we were playing games and talking to him. He was a very vocal oriented dog and responded quite well to both commands and compliments but also questions. I appreciate your help. Let me have a couple days and I will figure out some questions to ask you hopefully making my point more clear. For now though I would really like to design him after one of his pictures using a decent photo application, would it be photo shop or Blender or GIMP? If I knew what one I could download and at the minimum start prepping for the actual work. Thank you again I will keep track of this topic and watch for replies from you. Hello. I hope this is the proper starting point. I would like to create a custom pet companion for SSE and I have never created a mod before. My favorite dog died last month and I am having difficulty moving on - he and I were very good friends and I love and miss him very much - the last 4 months have absolutely drained me emotionally. I am modding a new play through for SSE which I have never actually fully played through yet. Could someone please outline for a new mod creator the tools needed to create a custom pet follower from start to finish please? Or would someone have links to either a guide or a youtube video tutorial on how to do so? I have the CK installed correctly, and I would like to actually use an existing picture I have of my dog to use in-game. What programs would I use and could anyone lead me through the steps to do so please?

I am having issues when I attempt to convert mods from LE to SE when loading a mod with "older" Tri files it either causes a CTD or it does not load the mod and CTD at the games title screen. Is this an associated issue?

best part about this is the part you left out.... how to fix it... :facepalm: The solution is very obvious. Use a mod manager newer than the ones that were listed. This doesn't help if you prefer one of the aforementioned programs.

I hate Creation Kit Cancer Updates. Seriously, quit screwing up the game for the rest of us STEAM. Non subject connection but I am sick of the fact that I cannot have a disc that has ALL the base information from the game on a blu-ray or DVD to install. Instead you NEED STEAM. That really sucks, although I do not know what happens if you "take ownership" of the game from STEAM.

In my 1st play through I did. Now I set the options to open the book quickly and close it. Unless it is a book added by a mod I haven't read. I did read all the books added by Books of Skyrim too.

I have really bad health problems and this game just playing it, modding it makes me feel a bit better. If someone could still help me I would like to create just a small memorial, maybe a headstone I could visit in game. Thank you. I wouldn't normally say this in a public forum but I believe there are good people on this site and that it is safe to do so. I also have a small thing like your mod, for my dog. I had a dog named Muffin who was a shelter rescue who I loved very much. I wear a small pure (100%) silver tube that carries her around my neck all the time. That way I am never very far from my little girl. She was a good goofy little dog and if I didn't have this to wear now I would almost be completely heart broken. Thank you for sharing.

On November 5th I suddenly lost my best friend, my caregiver and my mom. I have no friends or family so gaming is a small solace I allow myself. I would like to either learn to create a memorial in game for my mom or see if someone might perhaps help me craft a simple memorial in game. Could someone please help me? There aren't words enough to describe how much she meant to me. She was my best friend, my teacher and my inspiration. She was so strong and dealt with horrible men she married but she never quit on her children and loved them dearly. Life threw a ton of s*** at her and she still stood tall and helped me through my severe health issues without question till the day she passed away. Oh god I miss her so much. God bless you mom. Yes, same here. One of the last really awesome genre actors left. After losing him and others (even Christopher Lee in 2015) it has been a sad few years for creative losses like that. Watch Night Hawks, actually a really decent cop movie. Almost like a 70's version of Lethal Weapon but in this one Riggs is more stable - and Murtaugh is cool. Sly is right on point and so is Billy Dee Williams. I liked the ending which is really special. *No Spoilers* But Hauer outshines everyone in that movie.

Treason is specifically helping, aiding and abetting the enemy during wartime. Not all declared wars end up as world wars, some are regional while others are simply economic. Not all doctors are the same and there are different medical needs for different people. Dope is not called Dope anymore if you're referring to opioids or pain medication. Doctors are not all conveyor belts though some are obviously reading recent headlines. The political climes have changed and what was viewed favorably before no longer is despite the fact people need those particular medications and nothing will ever stop that unless we have honest medical research used to truly improve someone's life rather than keeping them medicated. But alas some conditions are not able to be treated nor are they curable. Unless you can fully stop people from experiencing acute pain or severe pain and better improve our current modalities in treating pain and disease people will unfortunately still need those medications. Concurrently not all medications are bad even if they have a deserved reputation. Education is the key. It is simply the too these large to fail drug companies that keep this constant conveyor belt McMedicine going. It is absolutely disgusting because not all illnesses even have treatments let alone medications to help. I know this from first hand experience and having one of the rarest skin conditions ever. It sucks. I suggest you read up on a subject. The subject is called Orphan Diseases. Hopefully this will help you understand the complexities of one extremely small side of this discussion but I believe it to be an important one none the less. You will find not all diseases have medications to treat them let alone modalities and procedures to handle the daily grind of living with them. May I ask what your precise point is?
