  2. I'm trying to find AlienSlof's original horse mod, but I can't seem to track it down. It seems Slof has wiped himself (or herself) off the net cause all I can find is a wiki page that contains a bunch of dead links. Does anyone know where I can find it?
  3. okay, I KNOW this exists somewhere, but I can't seem to find it! I've found JDFan's filled wallshelf and it's super awesome, but I want another filled wallshelf, and while the option of using 2 is tempting, it's in the same room and I don't think it will look as nice. So does anyone out there know of a mod where I can get another filled upper wall shelf aside from JDFan's wonderful shelf?

  6. I've read lots of tutorials and readme's and forum threads and still have so many questions. I goof up and I don't even know where I made mistakes half the time. I really just need someone super patient to walk me through the process.

  9. okay, so I recently built this great house mod and because it's such an awesome house I want to create a quest to earn it. However, I'm not really sure how to do quests. I read a couple of tutorials, but it was all so complex it made my poor little head just spin. ^_^ Okay, that's an exaggeration, but I really don't understand the ins and outs of quest-building at all. Anyways, I'm looking for a modder who's good at building quests to help create one for my lovely home. Here's the mod: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=38448 So any one interested can take a look, even try it out if they want. I have a few ideas for the story we could tell with our quest, and I certainly don't want a typical Oblivion quest for this house. Look at how awesome it is! We can't just have a "guide this person here, kill that bad guy there and find these herbs" kind of quest! So, I put this to you, modding community. Can anyone help me out here?   14. yeah, but that involves unpacking bsa's, and I'd still have to include the esm's, and I used quite a bit of the resources in the Tamriel Resource pack, enough that you may as well download the whole thing. Plus, the creators of those resources get the hits they deserve.
  15. unfortunately they're too big... XD I tried it once and it was nearly a giga bye of data all combined. Too big to upload to the servers here. I won't be doing anything else with the Tamriel Resource pack - at least not that way. I've learned a better way to make a mod. :) The next one will be great, but won't be a huge pain in the caboose.

  18. Okay crew, we're in the final stretch here! The mod releases in 6 days, and I'd love one or two more beta testers. According to my beta right now, everything is kosher but one or two more people couldn't hurt. :) If you'd like an advance look at the Imperial Retreat and beta test it for me, I'd be very appreciative!   19. It seems he forgot one COBL esp. When he turned them all off, there was no conflict message and the game seemed to run fine even with the conflict message. I'll have him try that though, since I don't run COBL it would be silly for me to do it myself. :) Thanks for the ideas. I'll be sure to warn people that it isn't COBL compatible - yet. :)

This is what my beta tester had to say: I dont know what it is with COBL...I started a completely new game with COBL deactivated, but when I activate your .esp, I get a message from COBL :wacko: It says that the genericlore scripts have been changed and this would cause problems with COBL functioning correctly...but COBL is not active :blink: I have asked friends what might cause this and one possibility is some of the resources are COBL dependant...but i know you dont use COBL.
  21. My beta tester uses COBL and I do not. This is how I found out it is not compatible. I'm not sure what aspects are not compatible, but it tends to cause a CTD when combined with my mod.
