"Daedric weapon or not, it's clearly dangerous," said Benjamin, looking nervously at the sword. "You should throw it into the sea."

"Really, it's common sense not to hang onto a daedric artifact," Benjamin said, addressing the topic while still keeping his guard.

Lets pose another analogy. jujitsu teacher teaches someone jujitsu. that someone uses that to break someone neck. Jujitsu teacher is teaching people how to break necks. You have to sign a contract saying that you must be responsible for your actions, they are not responsible, etc before they can teach you. how is that different from a TOS on a website? Legally binding document. Those teachers have to hold a license.

Only if they knowingly provide a thief. It's normally their job to provide such things to people who inquire, no? Pleading ignorance to a felony conspiracy is not going to help much at trial, I was not referring to the County Planning office but a third party who utilized their facilities to point he thief in the correct direction to accomplish the theft.
