  1. Ah, the score system for the benchmark preset 1080 is slightly different, being 1/15 of the 15 min one. my score for the one you did was: SCORE:5326 points (88 FPS, 60000 ms) Max GPU Temp: 69°C Resolution: 1920x1080 (FS) - AA:0 samples FPS: min:88, max:91, avg:88 There are people on the site with 4x titans getting over 20k scores, utter madness.
  2. only 3k? kinda puts my 8k into perspective  What GPU are you using? that was the "burn in benchmark 1920 x 1080 15 min right?
  3. Which test did you run alskasier? i did one and although my results beat yours in every category you got a higher score? Edit: nevermind, i worked it out: BURN-IN SCORE: 8002 points 79656 frames, 88 FPS, 69°C Resolution: 1920x1080 (FS) - AA:0 samples FPS: min:74, max:91, avg:88 it reckons my core is only 500 odd mhz, try doubling it -_-
  4. Cool, glad it's fixed, don't be afraid to expand your mod repertoire a bit, as it is, skyrim is good, but modding makes it great, much like GTA. You should go have a look at the top files list and see what you like. If you get lost or break anything then we are only a forum post away :)
  5. Although probably nothing, you'r missing most of the uGrid information from your skyrim.ini, for reference, heres mine: Your fMeshLODLevel2FadeDist and the level one version in yoru skyrim preferences uses 1e+007 as its value, im not sure skyrim can read that, change them both to: 10000000.0000 Not sure if either of those could be the problem, only had a quick look at both as ran out of time unexpectedly, heres my skyrim prefs too in case its any use: Edit: Have you changed your timescale at all?Are you using CCC? if so, turn off AI and set mipmapping to quality
  6. Had this issue with updating my gtx 780 ti OC, no point in uninstalling GeForce experience, ENB's still work fine. just click ok 5-6 times are your fine.
  7. I think you need Sky Ui, it's been so long since I used the old skyrim interface that I can't remember! If you download it then I believe if you click on the rock it will display a load of information at the right of the console including what texture is used, but I'm currently on my phone so I can't double check myself. If I were to I would check out the Skyrim Mod Combiner. It's an absolutely fantastic mod. What it basically does is give you a list of texture packs from nexus such as skyrim 2k among others, picks the best textures from all the packs you download, as few or as many ask you like, up to approximately 250 iirc along with some important mods like SMIM and combines them into one handy archive that you can then drop into a mod manager of your choice and bam, every texture in the game is now replaced with a much better one! The only thing I would bear in mind is that many of the texture packs give a choice of texture size for you, while SMC can handle whichever size you choose, your GPU can't, so I would be careful with which texture sizes you choose to download. However if going to the skyrim 2k resulted In no performance hit you may be able to take the higher res ones, I would need to have a look at your GPU specs on google. Like I said, I'm currently on my phone so I can't check your Ini's just yet but as soon as I can I'll have a look for you, hopefully someone more experienced then I will come along and be able to name the issue if I can't find any in your Ini's
  8. IIRC I had this issue once too which is why I knew what the problem is straight away and it turned out to be boss not actually sorting my load order, which is why I now always double check and reorder by hand after running boss, loot, etc If it doesn't work then do what zzz02 suggested and install alternate start.
  9. Can you run those games and others on max graphics without any issues? Heh, I would say dota 2's graphics are much better then vanilla skyrims, that's why you need mods! So that drop off wasent in game, that's good. Never heard of the fur mark test but that looks like the fps, etc you should be expecting, the card is running a bit hot though, are you using a fan control program like MSI? All the information you just gave us points to a skyrin problem. Is that definately a fresh install of skyrim? Did you completely delete the skyrim folder and the folder in my documents so there's no trace of the old install or did you just delete mods that were already there? There not dumb questions at all, and no, I couldent tell :P and like I said, that's exactly what they represent
  10. I have it installed already, if there's any improvement over the last one its very slight, but there probably is some in there. I would definitely try updating the driver, OP, its usually one of the prime suspects in this sort of problem. maybe even completely remove every trace of the old driver but that may be overkill until we know it is a driver issue and not a hardware or settings issue. This is an image of the sort of graphics you should expect from the graphics card that we have and this is with horrible compression!: http://static-3.nexusmods.com/15/images/110/2142104-1411082481.png
  11. I thought it would be logging :P If you really do need to log your files then i would get MSI afterburner, you can save a log of your GPU usage after the game, or get Skyrim Resource Monitor. I also find msi to be the best fan control program there is, gigabytes fan software fried my first card. MSI has never failed to keep my gtx 780 ti OC under 65 celcius no matter how hard i push it!
  12. Hmmm, this goes far beyoed my meager knowledge of Skyrims inner workings. You could try linking your skyrim and skyrim prefs ini's so i can compare them to mine and look for any unusual settings but aside from that I'm not sure how much help i can be . Is it always the exact same rocks every time or if you leave the area and re enter are they different? You could try using console to make a note of every texture name that it happens to and look for a pattern. I gotta say though, those pictures are a good representation of why bethesda's DLC is pointless, you get much of a performance hit when you upgraded to 2k?
  13. Your GPU clock does seem to be running pretty high, not sure what that drop off is, did you alt-tab out at that point to check the resource monitor? Your vram seems to be pretty high for your current skyrim build too. Do you have another game or another computer you could test the GPU in? either of those would narrow it down to a hardware fault or not a hardware fault.
  14. Hmmm, how odd, you could try grabbing some high res textures from here, such as skyrim 2k and see what happens, but if a fresh install didn't help then it will likely be a settings or hardware fault.
  15. D3d9_smaa.dll and d3d9orig.dll? I've never heard of them? Are you sure there from your ENB? Completely strip out your ENB, install the plain ENB from the ENB site and no presets as suggested, then see what happens. The only d3d9 i have is d3d9.dll and d3d9_42.dll.
  16. He's tried it a few times, its unlikely it would happen repeatedly, plus tcl would have fixed it, im willing to bet its the load order, that causes problems like this.
  17. Find the location on Uesp, lets say, riften, just below the image on the right it should have some liens of small text in italics, in this case, it says RiftenOrigin. If you type player.coc riftenorigin, it will take you to riften.
  18. Your load order is correct, if a New Game with nothing installed is still having the issue then the only thing left would be to reinstall skyrim, its not a big issue seeing as you have no real mods, be glad you don't have the 100+ that many do who must still often reisntall skyrim due to mod issues :(
  19. Are you sure its correct? Don't think there correct just because loot or boss says so. I've heard that excuse before when it also turned out to be the problem. Whenever you change mods you should really start a new save to test if everything's working. Loading an old save is never an accurate representation. Make a new game with nothing but vanilla skyrim and see what happens. There could be an issue in your .ini's, theres a few codes in there that could cause texture and shadow issues in there like this
  20. Bring smpc_db up in line with dragonborn racemenu should be above racemenu plugin skyui should be just below your dlc's and there unofficials/patches Travelers of skyrim - vanilla should be above the dragonborn patch of the same mod Helgen reborn should be deactivated until you complete helgen You have a dozen or so better quest objective compatibility patches for mods you dont even have! the absolute limit for mods that skyrims engine can handle is about 254, your over that. I'll be honest, your mods are all over the place. I could go on listing problems, and i don't even know half of these mods, people that do could list far more then i could. I know you said that you strived to do it right, but with the greatest respect, it doesn't look like you put any effort in whatsoever. This is the problem with downloading lots of mods without reading the description. You have so many smithing mods that are will no doubt be conflicting with each other. I dread to think whats happening script wise, no wonder your papyrus wont work. In all honesty, this set up is a complete write off, in the time you would take making it playable you would be better starting from scratch, and i know, that sucks, I've been there done that, but there's nothing better then putting the time in and finally making that perfect install, I've been working on mine since January and I'm still at it, in reality, no skyrim set up is ever truly complete. I would start by making a list of every mod you download as you download them in a word document and next to it make notes on what that mod requires, any compatibility patches it comes with, load order, incompatibilities, etc and then drop the rar in a folder and wait until you have enough mods, and then install them. it will take ages, but its the safest way to do it, and its still not entirely safe, it never is. I would also start on the Nexus top files and work your way down through the top downloaded / endorsed mods, there on the list for a reason. your missing many great mods. Another benefit of well known mods is that they are *usually* very well made and well written, with all incompatibilities, requirements, etc, listed on there page. They are also morel likely to be on the Loot master list, some mod with a mere 350 downloads wont. I would also use Wyre to sort your load order, it leaves you top do it, which removes the risk of computer error and out of date load lists. All it does is flash up which mods have an issue with there masters being out of place or missing. Dont just download x mod because y modder has used it and enjoyed it. Y modders tastes may be completely different to yours. Read every mod you look at thoroughly, learn what it does and be honest about how much use from that mod you will likely get. If i picked a random mod from your list you should be able to tell me what that mod does, how, why, etc, without checking it online. If you cant, then you probably shouldn't use the mod. For example, i too have the pit fighter mod downloaded, however, in all the time I've had it downloaded it, i have never found it, or made any effort to find it whatsoever, its just sitting in the back, happily eating away at computer resources, I daren't remove it because it could mess up my save. Removing many mods can. After your bored of them or find a problem with them is too late. Any mod that changes something that another mod does too then they will likely conflict. Sorry for the wall of text, but i fell that a lot of advice is needed in this case. Modding takes a lot of time because it cant be rushed, you have to take it slow or you will encounter problems straight away, or in say, 500+ hours when they corrupt your save, which sucks, trust me, i know.
  21. I cant see the problem being caused by missing files but verifying the game could be worth a shot. Whats your load order like? You may have the unofficials the wrong way round. If that doesnt work then i would try completely removing skyrim except of course for your saves, get rid of the entire skyrim folder and your skyrim.ini and skyrim prefs.ini and then reinstall and see if it works then.
  22. Google is your friend. The code you used is wrong. it should be CWmission04 which is the mission after the battle for whiterun, not the battle for whiterun itself, and stage 240 does not exist, you want stage 10, which is the start of the quest after the battle for whiterun.
  23. First i would try chainging your load order. Having it like that will most certainly cause problems. You want it to look like this: Skyrim.esp Update.esp Unofficial skyrim.esp Hearthfire.esp Unofficial Hearthfire.esp Dawnguard.esp Unofficial Dawnguard.esp Dragonborn.esp Unofficial Dragonborn.esp Then the rest, starting with SkyUI Anything other then that and your unofficials will wreak havok with your skyrim. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but as you currently have it and your sparse number of mods leads me to believe that you are new to modding? If i were you I would download LOOT. Either go to loot.github.io or google skyrim loot and it should be the top result. It will organize your load order for you and point out any errors it is capable of detecting. You will probably have heard of Boss and if you haven't, you will soon. Loot is the successor to boss.
  24. Besides Papyrus, do you have anything doing any logging such as msi afterburner or any skse plug ins? It may sound strange but ENB does not get along well with anything that makes logs that isn't papyrus. if i enable MSI afterburner hardware logging my skyrim crashes as soon as it finishes loading a save.
