Did you look in tes5edit? You might be able to find something conflicting, and or just make tweaks

As far as how the NPCs looks goes, I'm dl'ing for the characters head. Face/Hair. Someone could upload a follower with perfect textures and with what would be idea of the perfect body and if the character has dog face I'm not touching it. I hate when people attack mod authors on there mods page over the large body stuff, if the face good dl and swap body.

have you never heard anything in skyrim about being a milk drinker? ever heard in real life anything about a couple of more ice cream seasons? of course there would be big breasted beauties in skyrim, the women there don't eat only, grass and fish. America introduced the milkshake and hamburger to Japan and Japan turned around and introduced the big breasted japanese women to the world, thanks milk shakes. think about the middle east, they some breasted women, and goat milk/yogurt is big there. it's the milk, it's always been the milk. idk? maybe it's just a mammal thing.

i open console with tilde key and click npc, hit tab key for more info, i use shift key on equipment, that shows weapons and armor with their id#'s then i type in "removeitem 00023762 1 " the 00023762 would be substituted with armor/weapon id# and the 1 at the end is quantity. note there is a space in between removeitem the id# and the quantity

IDK MO2, MO has 2 little icons in the mod menu and the plaugin menu for restoring and backing up load order. You get 3 slots. MO4life

RagDolls is a good mod. Your problem with it had to be from load order. You didn't have ragdolls load after xpms Skelton? IDK if that would give you lag, but I know that's bad load order

I get micro stuttering every once in awhile. I believe 1 cause is unsorted masters. First few times I cleared dl cashe(in steam)which was making me reboot steam. Last few times I just relaunched computer, which also had me reboot steam, and it also worked. Next time it happens to me I'm just rebooting steam, no clearing dl cashe. I think rebooting steam will do it.

Did you accidentally kill an imperial? Maybe have a bounty. Check settings in game and see if you got that 1K bounty. You can also revert back a few saves.

I quoted the wrong post(idiot) you said you did a fresh install of skyrim, so............ did you verify files in steam? you can see in tes5edit,with all mods loaded, if anything is overwriting your characters race(attack animations should be tied to races)

Don't make potions unless you have bought/found recipes. maybe the worst thing about the base game. who the f is going to eat a giant's toe? the whole thing with going over to alchemy table with no clue whatsoever, and just mixing stuff. Why would pc know when potions failed, or vice versa, very bad.

are you crashing every 5 minutes? or are crashing only when summoning dead horse?

You set a package that particular npcs are using where instead of sandboxing at npc editor it is set to sandbox inside your inn.

thats a patch for Beyond Skyrim. if you had nmm installed your probably have to verify integrity of game files in steam. then reclean your masters.

Shouldn't need mods for that, check settings in game

for me, gravity is what pulled me in. hahaha. i think electromagnetism and or what creates it needs to be looked in regards to trying to understand gravity. the whole chapter on ancient mythology is, at least, very interesting.

your missing meshes, go into game with no mods and check your base first. if your good with no mods then go with the, add a chunk of mods at time till problems shows, if your not good with no mods you need to verify integrity of game files in steam,if you have the verify files in steam route your going have reclean your master dlc files.

my problem with abortion in 2019 is the narrative. it seems like you're either for no abortion or your fine with 600,000+ abortions a year(USA) It seems like there is no room for compromise. Whatever happened to Bill Clintons "abortions should be safe,legal, and rare" The conservatives can't accept the legal part on account mostly because of their religious beliefs, which is odd cause i believe the bible instructs Christians to follower the rule of law. Might be wrong on last part, i'm not a Christian. the dems can't handle the rare part because they only see that happening through legislation, meanwhile 600,000+ women go through the process of deciding to take the life of their offspring and I hate that for women. there something, i think it goes "ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" we need to a break from fight over whether or not abortion should remain legal and at least partially focus on preventing some of these unwanted pregnancies from occurring.

open mod with follower up in tes5edit and remove essential flag from them, maybe swap their sword out for a wooden variation and that should do the trick.
