just for fun and poop and stuff, i installed the soul eater mod, added it as a master to More Followers Please mod, Traded Heathers new bound sword spell for soul eater, she used it just fine. My guess is its her combat class.

i just literally added bound sword spell to one of my followers and after killing mudcrab with ice spike i took her to see some forsworn and she used bound sword w/ ice spike in other hand. her level starts at 30min, She has 1500 extra magicka, her class is a slightly modified Combat Mage Elemental and possible the deal breaker, her combat class is csWarlock the follower with modified combat mage elemental class and csWarlock battle class is Heather from this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/92536 I am very confident that the only other changes that had been made to Heather on my end would be her outfit, you can peek under Heathers hood, she uses bound sword with ease, only added bound sword to her, and she used it as soon as she had multiply enemies to fight

Scripts? You speak python? What is the followers class? A combat1h wont use spells. Make sure the class is right. I'm on phone, open CK and click on follower in actors tab, the page next to traits, is where you find class setting. Tes5edit has it to, on phone and can't conjure that for you now

If you successful gave her spell and she not using it then make sure her level is at least 20, and give her more Magicka.

If you start a new game does it still run at the 16fps?

There are some talented mod authors that focuses on followers, which is great. The community loves NPCs. And it doesn't seem fair for them authors to have to take lumps from disgruntled Nexus users. That being typed, I think a decent idea for those mod authors would be to just have 1 follow page that host all of his, or hers, follower mods. I know that's a compromise by the mod authors that,a good part of the community, would agree is not needed, but when these mod authors have to hear crap from crap userz it just seems like a decent solution. Imho, I think Nexus would also have to compromise and change their updated mods page to NOT include mods that had just been released, opposed to,a mod that actually got updated. I have 3 new mods I will drop soon,only 1 with hot toons, though I'm going to be putting all mods to just 1 page, as I feel like it will be easier for me that way.

We're at the point where if your starting from scratch, it appears that SE would have the advantage. I have countless hours in my, very stable, heavily modded LE version, so it keeps me on LE.

You can import the nif file for said npc, found in meshes/facedata folder,from it's mod. Use tes5edit to determine which nif file belongs to particular npc. Import that nif into racemenu under sculpt tab. This is only gonna give face mesh, your going have to find the hair, picks it color. It should get u the face though. Another radical idea would be to open follower mod in CK. In the actors tab, open any male preset with applicable race, then while in preset on the traits tab bottom left, click on use template box and have that preset use particular follower as the template of the preset(traits only!!) I have not tested 2nd idea on presets. Im only with phone and can't test idea till weekend, would love feedback.

@jspee. Can you a look at ur graphics card? Ive never had gaming laptop. Your graphics card might have fans on them that are caked up with dust/dark matter. Don't think your suppose let those fans spin while your cleaning them, definitely read up on it. Try a free CPU tester. I was getting weird graphical effects on desktop, translucent polygons weird shitz. Npcs gone black. Opened desktop and it was thick cake. Cleaning wrkd great.

Tons of tattoo mods out there for player character. It be cool if there was a mod that came with good 2k textures that had tattoos, I'm liking the idea of 10 variations. The user can then copy/paste particular set into particular npc/follower folder. Badiclly I downloaded a mod 8 months back that had an npc with a good tattoo set, I didn't like the follower so instead of using that follower I took their tattoo texture set and gave it to another follower in my game.

i keep all stuff MO and merger plugins related in my steam/steamapps/common/skyrim folder. it works great. notice the papyrus compiler and the champollion 64, needed for merge plugins. also unpack scripts rar file found in data folder, unpack contents into data folder. have that once inside merge plugins all paths should autofill for you.

ssedit would have possibly tipped you off, if you can load all mods in ssedit then that just rules out some possible problems. I'm not an se'er though its a relative. Can you start a new game with no mods? IDK what all you have done on ur end but i know sometimes the data folder goes astray. I would go into game with no mods, and check. you might have to verify integrity of game files through steam, that's if you think your data folder was compromised. do you have enb installed and skse installed?

you definitely need skse and skse ini installed, that and enboost. The skse ini is installed as a means to fix skyrim memory allocation problem along side adding some other really nice features. safe to say your a great candidate to avoid hi res dlcs. you really need to stick with low to no textures and avoid having too many script heavy mods.

does it happen when checking containers and dead bodies only? or sometimes in your inventory? or both. if its happening exclusively when checking bodies and containers then i'm leaning towards leveled list issue which wrye bash would remedy. according to the front page Weapons and Armor Fixes Remade, the plugin called Weapons and Armor _TrueWeaponsLvlList.esp should be at bottom of load order, yours is far from there(did loot do that to you,oops) it should be patched with Bashed Patch as well. unrelated you should get the patch for the hi res dlcs and,or?, the optimized version.

you went from 100 mods to 280, not surprised you cant load an old save. You need to focus on a new game. Do you have SSEedit installed? i would try going into games with as close to no mods as possible, try to make sure base is solid.

pretty simple, we need a mesh and texture created for the litter box and the cat litter. placement should be easy enough. I think the hardest part might be making the animation the khajiits would use whilst preparing and passing of their waste byproduct, and cant forget about the "covering there crap up" animation.
