Well guys, I know I said I'd help win this game, but a bigger game is in need of winning. SoaSE: Rebellion. Steam just finished downloading it and I am now preparing my minifridge. See you next month :dance: Oh, I might post here in between the 4 to 12 hour games. And I was planning on sleeping, but screw it.

So it's just a few more hours until Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion unlocks on Steam... then I'll be winning at 2 games because I just totally won this one. Also, is anybody else going to buy this game? SoaSE and its expansions were awesome, and this one looks more worth it than the Trinity pack (for new players).

That still says it's facing a ban. And the many sites and Google queries I'm looking at are still saying he recommended the ban. If it was banned, the articles would say "Yep, it's banned. No more Xbox." instead of "It might be banned".

You STILL did not provide a source. I need links as references. And who are these "many companies"? Can you provide a source for that? I'm not trying to be mean, but tremendous claims require tremendous evidence. In this case, you claimed that the Xbox 360 has been "banned", yet you did not provide a source. Also, a quick Google search reveals that what you posted is either entirely made up or you took it from an unreliable source (personal blogs aren't reliable). And one more thing: those companies [who?] are still selling them. It's that they're not ordering anymore, because they're worried about the ITC actually issuing the ban, which means they won't be able to sell them, meaning they'll lose tremendous amounts of money.

Can you point me to credible, well-established news sites that say the Xbox 360 is no longer in inventory? That is, no personal blogs or low-publicity news sites, or any sites related to the matter. Third-party only. Like I said, the decision to actually ban something rests with a very small amount of people within the ITC. What gives you the idea that it IS banned? According to my searches, Amazon, Gamestop, Walmart, Newegg and TigerDirect are all still offering the very same Xbox 360's that were "banned" (the 4GB and 250GB S versions), and all websites I've read are saying he recommended the ban, but the ITC hasn't actually ordered it (yet). As a Microsoft rep said... "The recommendation by the Administrative Law Judge is the first step in the process leading to the Commission’s final ruling...". Notice how he said "leading to the final ruling". That means the judge's word IS NOT final. I request you cite sources with the previous conditions (1. No personal blogs, 2. Well-established, 3. Third-party).

It's not banned... that article, and all others, say that a judge, a single judge, recommended that it be banned. That doesn't mean it WAS banned. Not only that, but the decision making powers rests with very few people in the ITC. Like 5 or 6 people in total. That judge is not one of them. Furthermore, most recommendations by judges in the ITC are hardly ever taken into consideration. So in short, it's not banned.

Granted, but you're driven mad with all the details and are eventually locked up in an insane asylum. I wish I had more coffee.
