  1. How funny would it be though, a flying, spinning, wooshing submarine flying over the Commonwealth. You could even decrease the model size some so you can say it's bigger on the inside =P
  2. Oh dang, I know doors work as teleport activators, two doors linked both working as a teleport to the other. But I've never done those without a CK, so I can't help you with that.. You might be able to pull some forms/scripts from existing doors to use as a template though?
  3. I didn't see anything to suggest that he had any interest in the holotape. And why would he? All it says is, "When are you coming home, Daddy?" Nothing about Buttercup that I recall. And who do you think daddy is?
  4. Careful, people might think you're a sea monster and throw some nukes your way ;P Great idea though, the Yangtze is quite roomy compared to the FO3 sub too =]
  5. You can use the filter option xEdit has, often narrowed down the searching for me.
  6. Alienware? You do know they've been around since '96 right? Although they used to be independent (before Dell bought them out).
  7. Yea, that's the people here. But what about the average consumer? Especially the average console consumer? I'd think that has to be a large chunk of their clientele still. And yea, they're possibly using indoctrination tactics to add the younger audience to their clientele, but that's beside the point ;]
  8. I've heard 3ds Max has a FO4 compatibility plugin now (don't know if any others followed yet), might be a good place to start. Also, I suggest using NifSkope to make the model(s) game-ready.
  9. Check this topic, might be some suggestions there that strike your fancy.
  10. Can't blame 'em, the PG-13 audience is probably the larger part of their clientele.
  11. Just keep hitting the multiquote button for all the post you want to reply to and hit the 'Reply to # quoted post(s)' button in the button right of your browser window.
  12. @TheDBCrew: HA! You've pretty much snuck a dickbutt on everything you possibly could haven't you? Especially love the NCR flag =P
  13. You don't have to tell me that, exactly why I asked about the ToS =] Btw, you know you can also use multiquote instead of double posting right?
  14. Completely agree, this is (part of) what I meant by a more rapey/pillagey/plundery vibe =]
  15. Haoswidasee, I don't mean to rain on your parade as I like the compilation list, but I smell this topic being locked/deleted in the near future.. I've seen this happen to a couple of compilation topics already, the Nexus doesn't seem to allow compilations for some reason. Speaking of which, would an admin or moderator be kind enough to redirect me to the part of the ToS that addresses this? Been wondering about this, thanks!
  16. AMD isn't that bad, both AMD and Intel have their merits. Anyway, you can try using a system restore to get back to a point before you've updated. Think Windows creates a system restore point when installing new stuff by default, so you'll probably be able to go back to the exact point where you decided to update.
  17. Resurrect works on objects? Who knew. Anyway, if the above doesn't work see if you can complete the Spectacle Island quest through the console.
  18. Sounds like the cell reset bug to me. I'm guessing you have mods that affect the placed objects in that cell (scrapping mods, added/altered placed objects, ect.).
  19. Hm.. Odd.. Have you checked if all your inis and strings are up to snuff or the one-by-one tactic while completely uninstalling said mods? In some cases a single typo in any file can cause a CTD. If that doesn't help, I'm out of ideas. Sorry mate, good luck!
  20. Have you tried doing a integrity check through Steam and activating mods one by one after that to check where the fault lies?
  21. You could divide the recipe's so only certain recipes drop from certain mobs and only with a slight drop chance. Think this should be doable and might prevent spamming them all over the place.
  22. Ofcourse not, since people are allowed on this site from age 13 they have to keep it PG-13. While they'll only allow you to see more adult mods starting from age 18, it'd be a crapload of work to moderate every topic/post for vulgar language. So like most sites, they have a language filter =]
  23. I'm 29 years old and by no means a middle school child. But if I was stuck in a nuclear wasteland, I'd probably swear a lot too =] As for the shock value, for me, there is none. But I do think the Commonwealth could use a more rapey/pillagey/plundery vibe, this includes some foul language where you'd expect it.
