On Xbox, for some illogical reason, the DLCs are stored in a completely different folder to the other games files. This means that Vortex (and LOOT) can't detect them. I would suggest finding the ESMs/BA2s for the DLCs on your HDD, zip them up and install them as a mod in Vortex. This way they are deployed into the game folder where all apps expect them to be.

Vortex can only be installed once, to the version on the old HDD should've been removed.

In your screenshot you have both unread notifications (bell icon) and you haven't deployed (Flashing "Deploy Mods" button). Try going through the prompts in the app if you're having problems.

It sounds like it's probably an issue on your ISPs end. You should contact them about it. Please see the pinned thread about download issues if you'd like to test your connection.

You should point Vortex to the folder where the game is installed in this case.

Have you tried clicking the game from the games tab? That's all you should need to do.

In most cases the native ESM names don't need to be in the plugins.txt file. They are loaded automatically (if present) at an engine level. If that's somehow different for VR there may be a bug that needs reporting, but as it's the same engine I'd imagine only the SkyrimVR.esm plugin would be problematic.

I've raised the ticket, but there's been a lot of high priority work that needs to be done so they haven't had a chance to look at this yet. I will keep poking the team.

As Showler says, if you're using both Vortex and LOOT you'll encounter problems. Rules and groups can be managed with the "Manage Rules" and "Manage Groups" buttons on the toolbar. If you'd like to import all the rules you added with the LOOT app to Vortex you can do the following: 1. Close Vortex and LOOT. 2. Head to %localappdata%\LOOT 3. Under "Games" locate the game folder for the one you're playing. 4. Grab the userlist.yaml file. 5. Copy (or move) that file into %appdata%\Vortex\{YOUR GAME}\ - you can overwrite the existing one or rename it to back it up. 6. Open Vortex and check the "Manage Rules" section to ensure the rules have all been imported.
