I think you're using the wrong terminology for what you're trying to ask. You're thinking of "Light Plugins" not ESL. In the past the "starter" dashlet contained a big button to start the game itself, that has indeed been removed in the new design . The tools dashlet contains only the buttons for the additional tools, not for the game. I assume that's where the confusion stems from. Yes, I get that, I'm just pointing out there's another button that has always been there which offers basically the same functionality :thumbsup:

Basically this sums it up why we don't have such a thing. A "dead" mod (i.e. something that hasn't been updated in 10+ years) could still work fine, so there's no way to programmatically determine if a mod is outdated and relying on some kind of voting system is open to abuse.
