Are your speeds slow for both large and small downloads? According the your test results your connection is capable of 3-3.5MB/s which is well over the maximum for free users. Your Premium CDN result is slow, but that only applies if you have a Premium plan. It sounds like this may be an ISP fault. Have you got access to a VPN to see if that helps?

I was referring to the tags. I can actually add a tag for Ukrainian fairly easily (I've added it now but it will take 15-30mins to appear), but the actual language options on the upload form are hard-coded and require a lot of messing about by our dev team to update - otherwise it will show up with a broken image next to it instead of a flag. I can put in a ticket internally for it, but the whole dev team is pretty swamped right now so it may not be added anytime soon. Based on a quick site search, 89 mods across all games would be eligible for the option (searching all translations that include "Ukrainian" in the title)

This is a known bug with the current beta. Your plugins are still light but the UI just isn't showing it correctly. You can revert back to the stable build or wait until the next release for the minor UI glitch to be corrected.

Not really, they may not have done it on purpose. Your request has to pass through lots of different PC hardware to make the roundtrip from to our server and back. It could also be the routes they use have some kind of fault.

No, the message you saw is a timeout. This is a connection problem, not a ban. Please try the tests in the article I posted to see if we can work out the issue :)
