Try manually downloading and installing the .NET 6 from here: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-6.0.8-windows-x64-installer .NET 6 and .NET Framework are two different things (although badly named). Vortex is reporting that you either don't have .NET 6.0 or that the install is damaged.
