What do you see an app doing that the mobile site doesn't currently do? Most mobiles (iPhone/Android) have an option to create a home screen shortcut to a website so it looks like an app but just opens the browser. I've done with on my Pixel 2 so I can quickly jump onto the site :)

Yep, MrMason did some kind of IPBoard incantation and it started working again. :)

I'm afraid that value cannot be edited, it will always pick up the last file downloaded by the user. It's good feedback though, we should probably look at how it works and improve it for future releases.

Hmm, if you have access to a VPN can you try using that? It might just be a bad connection somewhere between your PC and our servers.

I have to be honest, I've never used that page. What is it supposed to show? I suspect that it may be something to with the outage yesterday or the forum simply times out before being able to load that page as it used to. I'll see what I can find out.

It seems that page doesn't have a way to "remember" which page you were one. I'd suggest middle clicking your mouse on the link to open the mod page in a new tab. If you don't have a middle mouse button you can right click and choose "Open in new tab".

Hmm, if the speed is consistent ban across all servers I'm afraid it may be something beyond our control. Something along the route between our server and your PC is causing a slow speed. If you have access to a VPN that might help?

If you download manually is it still slow? Your speeds all look fine (unless you didn't delete the placeholder values?). Have you tried restarting Vortex and/or your PC?

I do agree this would be a nice feature, but it presents all kinds of technical challenges we need to address. We've made some changes to the site to offset it, but querying mods for users with a tonne of blocked tags/authors is an incredibly heavy request. Allowing individual mods to be blocked would make the request more specific and increase the time it takes to process. We can move the filter controls to the "front end" meaning that the search will load all results and your browser will figure out which items to actually show, but this would prevent mod results from being properly paginated - so you'd ask for the "first 20 mods for New Vegas" and after filters that page may have 12 mods on it, moving to page 2 you may have 3 results, etc. In short, it's something that would be super cool, but to do it well at the scale of this site requires significant planning.
