Make sure if you're clicking the "Vortex" or "Mod Manager Download" buttons that you actually have Vortex (or another compatible mod manager) installed. That's a common mistake.
It's possible that your connection to your local CloudFlare server is a bit rough. Have you got a VPN you can try to see if that helps? The tests would still be useful in identifying any potential routing problems.
Hi fiewiel, Can you please do the full tests from the help article? I don't see the speed test from each of the CDN nodes or a few of the other bits. You may also want to try downloading via a VPN if you have access to one.
Mods should only be hidden if they are hidden by the staff, the author or the user viewing the page is filtering out that mod. We've been doing some work on the homepage feeds the last few days so it might have just been a one-off.

This comes up a lot. There is already a tag for translations. You can block it here: https://www.nexusmods.com/users/myaccount?tab=content+blocking Having a separate category would not make any difference to your screenshot (other than the category name under the translation titles) as it cannot be blocked.
