I've pasted your results above but removed some of the IP information. Our developers need to be able to see your results. Looking at what you've posted it seems you didn't do all the server tests (or just averaged them out?), however the ones you did complete shows a bad connection to the CDN nodes accessible from a free account. You might want to try a VPN (if you have access to one) or report the issue to your ISP.

All files that were quarantined incorrectly last night should have been unlocked by now. Sorry about that!

Hi kammer, What I suspect is happening is that you had a good connection to our Premium-only CDN, but you have a bad connection to the free CDN. What is going to be available for the 99.7% of the members that do not use Vortex? Based on a count of unique users over 30 days, Vortex is used by 72.8% of users (800,000+). So to imply it's not used much is a misconception for sure :) Like everything we make, it'll be open source, so third party developers will be able to hook into it and create their own versions. However, the system itself will launch (and be officially supported) through Vortex.

I can understand where you're coming from, but there's not really a middle ground at the moment. There are some things we could potentially do in this regard, but I can't say for sure if it would happen. For now direct donations is the best option though.

Interesting, there might be some kind of issue with DLCs in the Xbox store. If you do Open -> Open game mods folder on the toolbar do you see the DLC plugins there?

As Jannifer said in 2018, it will be related to your preferences on the content blocking page. It's possible you have turned off adult content?

Checking out on PayPal as a guest is restricted in some countries. If you can't see it, it might not be allowed where you live.

Did you check your settings to ensure the correct settings are enabled? We did briefly take the notification system offline earlier (to fix it) so it's possible a small number of updates were missed during that time.

As discussed on Discord. It seems like an ISP problem, so a VPN or Premium membership are the suggested workarounds. VPN seems to be working.

As Arthmoor says, we require barely any data from you to start a purchase but PayPal will need enough info from you to prevent fraudulent purchases. Exactly what that entails in up to them I'm afraid.

Actually, can you please try and download any file that's over 500mb (either of the main files here would work) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/607?tab=files If the problem only occurs with smaller files then it means you have a bad connection to your local Cloudflare server (which is odd as they serve a lot of different sites). Perhaps you could try a VPN too if you have access to one?
