Seems the OP's question has been answered. This isn't something switching to NMM will fix, but if you choose to do so we don't provided any support for it (and haven't since 2016).

Actually you just need to turn it on in your site preferences (not on the forum). Click you avatar on the site and choose the preferences option

Yes, the list isn't updating properly, the developers are aware. It might be early next week it gets fixed though.

So I've checked with the devs and we moved where the DL data is stored. If you history is missing it will come back when your DNS resets next. Sadly there's not a good way to control that so it may take anything up to a few days.

While this is true for that page, it seems this issue is related to showing which mods you have endorsed and the "update available" tabs on them too.

Try removing all the mods that don't work and enable them one at a time. BG3 invalidates all your mods if one of them isn't compatible with the current game version.

This is a maybe. Currently all our dates are hard-coded to the most logical format (and UK standard), it would take a fair amount of work to allow it to be localised across the entire site. I'll be sure to bring it up with the design team.
