Hi Croc, We're actually in the process of overhauling the categories and tags for the major games one the site in the next few months. We'll definitely keep this suggestion in mind as we work through it. Due to the massive number of mods it's something we have to be quite surgical about.

NMM is no longer supported (as of Dec 2016). You might be able to reinstall NMM to remove the mods, but your safest bet is to delete your entire game folder, redownload the game and start from scratch with Vortex. Feel free to post in the Vortex Support forums if you get stuck.
