So to be clear, if you download a single mod, (i.e. one running download from Nexus Mods) what download speed do you see for that?

That sounds like you don't have your NXM links set up properly. In Vortex there is a switch in Settings -> Download that you can toggle off and on which may fix your problem.

Your account seems to be showing as Premium, please let us know if you're still seeing the non-Premium download options.

Have you restarted your mod manager since becoming Premium? Did you try downloading manually? Have you tried to download from different CDN servers? If it's exact 1MB/s per file it sounds like it may be your ISP throttling you. Also check that no other downloads are going on in the background (such as Steam updates)

Hi there, Did you try any of the other Premium servers when downloading manually? You can do so from the buttons on the right in the download popup. In the US we have Chicago, Miami and Los Angles to choose from.

Hey iTechWytch I can see you made the purchase 6 minutes before posting this. Thanks for supporting us! Over the last couple of days I started to notice a weird pattern where there is a delay of up to an hour between the PayPal payment and the upgrade, our system waits for the confirmation from PayPal before giving you the membership. If it hasn't happened in the next hour or two, feel free to send me a PM. Sorry about this. I'll be seeing if there's anything we can do on our end tomorrow to work out why this is suddenly happening. It could be PayPal are on a skeleton crew due to the COVID-19 situation and have deliberately slowed things down, but that's just speculation.
