Please make sure you are disabling the mods not just the plugins in NMM.

There was a temporary issue with tracked mod notifications, that should have now been resolved.

1400 x 400 should be fine, but I'll check. I normally just crop an image from my regular images. As for the description, neither Google Drive or Google Photos give a direct line (as far as I know). Consider using a service like Imgur.com for hosting them. Or upload them to the images section of your mod and link them from there.

The totals are populated by JavaScript, so you definitely have something blocking that if they do not appear after a few seconds.

Perhaps I wasn't clear, the setting I pointed to needs to be set to "No" in order for your updates to appear globally across the site.
