Skyrim PS4 currently has a total of 14 mods on Nexus Mods, the Switch version has 83 (links below). Anything else is found on Bethesda.net or another site. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimplaystation4/mods/ https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimnintendoswitch/mods/ When you say "tag at the top of each page" which page do you mean? The game page? The mod page? The problem we have is that current mods for consoles for the same game do not necessarily follow the same file formats or modding patterns. Take Skyrim on the Switch as an example. As I understand it, it's a halfway house between 2011 Skyrim and Skyrim SE. So it requires plugins, meshes, textures and BSAs to be converted to an accepted format. Meaning if these mods were lumped in with other Skyrim mods users downloading them on the wrong platform would have issues. It's also simply a different release of the game, which is why we separate them, the same as Skyirm/Skyrim SE. There is also the problem that modding your console games generally isn't allowed by the OEM, which is understandable because you're letting unapproved foreign code into your console OS. Hopefully things will become more open as time goes on. We've already seen modding become more popular on console thanks to services like Bethesda.net and Paradox Mods. We're definitely not against the idea of being inclusive of console modding (as you can see from my previous examples). So you don't have to worry about that. :)
