Being one of the authors of that mod, it usually implies you have another mod altering Solitude without a required patch. As HTR says, not a Vortex issue. Try disabling any Solitude related mods until you're able to find the cause.

No, tracked mods is a feature only used on the site itself. Vortex actually tracks the installed mods itself (i.e. you can check for updates).

Hi there, This is often down to something on your end blocking our site from saving cookies.
