Thanks for the feedback. Not sure if you know but mod categories are actually suggested by mod authors during upload. The staff do have to review/approve them but every game has just a Misc category to begin with, and as more mods are uploaded, more categories get suggested. For the Bethesda titles, it becomes quite difficult as we have hundreds of suggested categories which are often what tags are for, or misspellings of current categories etc. While I'm not saying it can't be improved, I'm simply stating that we rely on users to suggest categories for their files. If we do add new categories, it'd be down to the authors of those mods to recategorise them, at least with tags users can vote them onto a file to make them relevant.

Hi there, It's not a problem we've seen before. My best guess is some kind of ad blocker, script blocker or other over zealous privacy application is preventing the click from registering. If you have any software like that could you try it with those disabled and let me know if it works?

It's possible, could you try again with it disabled? You're a Premium user so you'll never see ads on our site :)

And lose my lifetime premium? Do the Nexus devs keep their installs up in perpetuity; the inability to clear your history makes the "Downloaded" and "Update Available" tags absolutely pointless if you've ever reinstalled the game. If you still have your proof of purchase, you can send in a support ticket from the new account with it and we'll link the Premium account back up :) Unfortunately, we use the data in your history for unique downloads and endorsements (and Donation Points) so we wouldn't be able to delete it without negatively impacting that data. An option to hide entries may be something I'll bring up with the devs to see how feasible it is.

Hi deeperman, I'm afraid the forum doesn't have the encoding to support Russian characters at the moment. It's something we're aware of but isn't trivial to change. I'm afraid I don't have a better solution to offer at the moment.

This has already been covered months as to why this doesn't work. I blocked all other languages and found that I was missing mods that I use on a regular basis, and it was because the mod authors tagged their own mods with the language/nationality that they are/speak For instance, the "Autoharvest SE" mod, the author is Japanese, and barely speaks English, so he tagged his mod with the "Japanese" tag, (probably figuring the tag was just to show the Mod Author's Country or Language) so, if you block "Japanese", now his mod won't show up in your search, even though the mod is in English. Tags on this site really need to be reworked as to how they function THis thread is not a solution to the problem, and only causes more problems that AFAIK have NOT been fixed with the Language Tags I'm still waiting for the game forums (Nexus Site Forums) to be sorted alphabetically instead of by creation date. HadToRegister, We're aware of the problem, I am simply offering an alternative while we come up with a better solution. I've been drafting out my own personal ideas for an improvement to how we handle languages but it's early days. I'd have to run it via the devs and Dark0ne to make sure it's possible and a good fit for the site. I'd personally like a section where you "opt-in" to languages on your profile, and if a mod does not contain one or more of your language selections it does not appear. In the short term, we might be able to find a way to link "Language" selected when uploading a mod to its corresponding tag, but we'll see. If you have alternative suggestions, by all means let me know :) Also regarding the game forums, that's basically down to being "not how IP Board works". I would imagine if we make significant changes to the forum in future, finding content will be a bit easier than it is now :) For now, you can go to the games page (https://www.nexusmods.com/games/) on the main site, sort that A-Z and once on the Nexus site, click on "Forums" in the navigation bar. You can add the ones you visit a lot to your favourites too :)

Trending is the extension of the featured "hot files". So it'll be the 6th entry onwards :)
