Project Spotlight: Beyond Skyrim - Cyrodiil
Pickysaurus replied to BigBizkit's topic in Site Updates
In response to post #64514956. They're two different projects. Beyond Skyrim are creating a Cyrodiil in the TESV timeline and Skyblivion are basically remaking oblivion -
Thank you all for your entries, the winner will be announced soon.

Permission settings VS Mod Description Text
Pickysaurus replied to GamerRick's topic in Fallout 3's Discussion
Look at this page -https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/12677?tab=description It would seem the auto may have either not read or didn't understand the permissions section of the mod page setup. Mainly because they put zeros in the note/credits boxes. It looks like they may have just filled everything out randomly to try and publish the page quickly. My opinion here would be that the description trumps the permissions sections. The activity log shows the author only ever edited the page once, when they first made the page, so both statements existed at the same time. TL:DR - The description appears to be adequate to use this resource. Obviously, if the author returns and clarifies either way that'd be up to them. -
The reason would be that is where the author of the mod chose to upload them. I would suggest reporting the mod pages and we'll move them, if appropriate.

I've added a new category to Oblivion mods, but it will require any existing images to be moved into that category by their uploaders. Future images put in that section can be filtered though. :)

Hi again Blake, While the article itself doesn't pertain to your specific issue, the "Other Considerations" section of this page will give you some things to try and see if you can get it working. https://help.nexusmods.com/article/79-why-am-i-getting-an-infinite-loading-wheel-on-the-login-page Hope this helps,

In response to post #64460086. Yeah. you're double it up by clicking the download button after the auto-download started. Do you not get the Windows notification from Vortex when the download is started?

In response to post #64385491. #64411706, #64414166, #64439356 are all replies on the same post. Yes, once you confirm the external changes on next deployment.

This may have been related to the bad code that was pushed out this morning but has now been resolved.

In response to post #64385491. #64411706 is also a reply to the same post. 1 - it goes into the data folder and is not added as a mod entry unless you zip it up and install to Vortex 2 - Vortex will give you the "External changes" dialogue which will tell you which meshes changed and let you choose to save or revert. 3 - if you want to do that for a specific mod I would open the Vortex mods folder to make your changes. O did the same but for extracting BSAs

In response to post #64376296. #64384116, #64391911 are all replies on the same post. Very few mods actually need to load last, they just need to load in an appropriate place. You can force it by locking the index or add it to a loot group that loads later

You may also want to try a Private tab or some browser have a "no add-ons" mode. 90% of problems with this page are from browser extensions or anti-virus.

In response to post #64308816. You can point all tools to the same instance, but you'll be best to install the tool outside of Vortex. In the "Command Line" option when editing the tool you can specify which game mode it should start in, for example, Skyrim is "-tesv" and SkyrimSE is "-sse"
