  1. It limits the max. fps to the refresh rate of your monitor. (60 HZ = 60 FPS, 120 HZ = 120 FPS) etc.
  2. I just googled "Fallout 4 Anita" and google came up with some feminism bs.. wtf  The id of the NPC "13F00047" must be from a mod. Check the plugin tab of nmm to see which mod corresponds to the load order "13".
  3. Can you recreate the issue? Basically install the mod again, load the save, check you settlers, uninstall the mod and load the save again.
  4. Can you specify what you don't like about the "extra layer"? I think it integrates quite nicely and seemingless into the game. Maybe you used an older version? On my system I notice close to no drop in FPS using SMAA and HDR. Of course, something like ambient occlusion will drop the frames. But that might vary from system to system...
  5. I use this for more variant on the animal side http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/5404/? For humanoid npc, something like immersive armor will do the trick
  6. I'm using reshade to inject SMAA and other things into the game. https://reshade.me/
  7. Too bad, but... what if we turned into a small supermutant? we are still like a human model, but not totally brute as the actual supermutant model? So a basic reskin? Shouldn't be too difficult. But then again you basically loose the purpose, right?
  8. I hope it comes as a dlc and not as a regular update. I'm not going to download 58GB of waste that I’m not going to use anyway.
  9. I think what it comes down to is the fact that you probably wouldn't be able to interact with 80% off the object in game, due to missing animations and stuff. Just being able to control a different character doesn't mean you can fully enjoy the game. Look at the "play as a bot"-Mod. Yes, you can control a robot, but you can't sit down or enter pa, which brakes most quest. So a mod like this would require so much more work than you would imagine.
  10. Right now the only option would be this: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/3924/?
  11. ...the last time I tried that I wound up with farmers better armed than the guards. Than go with pistol or smg / shotgun for your farmers and AK / musket for the guards.
  12. As the MM are basically recruited commonwealth citizens, they would use whatever they could find. As for the theme I would add the AK (Vanilla or Mod) and the Remington 870.
  13. The wiki states this: http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Gatorclaw
  14. There is no reason to go with the 900 if you can afford a 1000 or amd's 400 cards. Older cards don't receive any major driver update anymore and - especially on Nivida’s side - are left in the dust after the release of a new generation. Another + for AMD . As long as you can't find any - really - cheap deals it's not worth it most of the time. The 480 is a better choice over the 1060. It's cheaper, more futureproof (DX12) and is theoretical the "faster" card. The 1060 is only slightly faster in DX11 title but the different is negligible.
  15. I was afraid I was going to be told this. Off to NewEgg I go and thank you for reply. The RX480, which manufacturer is best please? A friend of mine bought the XFX. It's pretty good but the fans are quiet loud under load. I would also recommend gigabyte or MSI.
  16. Investing in a new GPU would be a good idea. The 750 just isn't the most amazing gpu out there. A RX480 would be a good investment. Just take a quick look at the gpu usage with something like afterburner and you will see that your 750 is struggling to keep up.
  17. I'm pretty sure this is a limit of the engine and unfortunately can't be done.
  18. I think he goes to jail after the Imperial won, because he worships Talos, which is basically forbidden by the Imperial. Also his house is destroyed after the battle.
  19. I think this is mostly a problem with the engine. I have frame drops to the low 30 near Rifton, with a cpu and gpu utilization of around 40 - 60%. I think it’s because the engine can’t handle all the objects around you. There is a similar issue with Fallout 4. Placing a lot of items around you causes the framerate to go low. I don’t know if this can be fixed. Maybe with some load balancing, I don’t know…
  20. I dont understand, what do you mean by physical? Physical as in: copies of the same file. Two Fallout4.exe, two Fallout4.ini and so on.. Different ini/enb settings? I'm not sure NMM profiles capture those. I don't see this as a reason to "waste" 35+ GB of space, but you might differ. It's only a matter of time till we see tools like this for Fallout http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24402/? Heck, I could start coding something like this right now if I find more beer.
  21. What's the benefit over NMM's profile function? I have a "mod" profile and a "vanialla" one. If you have to physical installation, isn't that a waste of disk space??
  22. No, not right now. Every frame uses the same skin, model etc. It’s probably possible if you create new frames with new ids and so on. But that might be a lot of work.
  23. Buddy, where we are going we don't need brains. Sure, why not. Depends how you would add it to the game. If you don't like the radiation thing, just add a modified version that doesn't irradiate you.. or so..
