  1. Dismiss your followers. Uninstall both mods. Make a new save indoors and quit the game. Restart the game and see if Lydia looks like the vanilla version. If not journey several cells away (without Lydia) and wait a few days. Save indoors and quit. Start the game and check Lydia again, if she looks vanilla, install your makeover mod. If not, I am out of ideas.
  2. See the USKP page here. It gives more information about load order but, the patches must be loaded as I listed. Simply move them to the correct slots.
  3. Your Unofficial Skyrim Patches are in the wrong load order. Boss does not properly organize them. Use the load order listed on their page. It should look like this: Skyrim.esm Update.esm Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp Dawnguard.esm Unofficial Dawnguard Patch.esp HearthFires.esm Unofficial Hearthfire Patch.esp Dragonborn.esm Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.esp
  4. A 2 gig Radeon 7870 is more than enough power to run Skyrim on ultra settings if you have a decent CPU. My desktop uses a Sapphire 7880 and Skyrim is smooth as silk. I use ENBoost and SSMM and all 2048 gb graphics enhancers as well as COT and ELFX.
  5. With modern MB's the greatest power draw is the GPU. As Renn said, 1500w, 1000w, even 850w are overkill unless you are using 4 high end GPU's in SLI or Crossfire. A 750w psu should be the maximum. Spend the extra money on ram.
  6. Play on the highest level with the crapest armour and weapons in the game. That will make all fights long and difficult (or impossible.)
  7. You might get by with a few at the lowest resolution available, but not many. Think of what you would really be the couple of things that would enhance your visual gameplay and stick with those at no more than 1024. Playing with an ENB requires a high end processor and graphics card, which you do not have. You didn't say how much ram you had. If you only have 4 gb than you are unable to use some of the new memory enhancers, so that would also limit what you can do.
  8. Do you have ENBoost installed? If not, you need it or an ENB that does.
  9. Buy the game. If you cannot afford it now, save up. You will get banned for piracy.
  10. I won't pretend to know how to solve your problems but, here is my load order and my game is very stable. I hope this helps.
  11. Sorry, I am out of ideas. Perhaps someone more familiar with what is wrong can help.
  12. Batharz update.esp should be the active esp. I don't know why you would need Batharz..esp unless you have it scripted that way. If so and you put Batharz update.esp below it in the load order but, if it is all the same mod, and you just made changes, you should just need one.
  13. Under Factions in CK be sure CurrentFollowerFaction is set to -1.
  14. Is your ID correct and not a duplicate?
  15. It is obviously a mod conflict. You need to contact the mod authors to see if they know of a fix for your problem.
  16. You need to run BOSS and show us your BOSS log as well as your mod list in your current load order. Be sure to put them in spoiler tags so your message isn't messy. If you are having problems with a current save, have you tried starting a new game?
  17. As someone who has released a fairly successful voiced mod, I can say that I feel voice acting is much preferable to mic quality. Sure, having a pro setup is great but, if the actor doesn't have a feel for the character, all you get is someone reading lines. Unless your actor has access to a recording studio and a professional actor , no one can duplicate the quality Bethesda has for their main characters. From what I have seen and heard so far, I feel Sofia will be a wonderful addition to Skyrim. I can only envy djjohnjarvis.
  18. Here are three places to start, http://www.creationkit.com/Bethesda_Tutorial_Dialogue,http://deck16.net/post/22645519500/making-a-unique-voiced-follower-in-skyrim-part-1, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8WDBn9r-Gak&feature=player_embedded. I think the video series is the best.
  19. If you are going to voice the characters, simply write the dialogue and record silence, click generate wav and lip file, then save. Later you can go back and record the audio. You do need custom voice's for each character.
  20. Try changing the armor/clothes she is wearing. Also, you may have to change their weight settings if they are modded npc's.
  21. Hey man, stay with us. Dump the trolls and be sure to keep your mods up in the edited files. I find your mod Hearthfire Girls interesting and might use it my next playthrough. We all get the dregs coming out when a mod featuring female changes is released. You just have to have a thick skin and ignore them.
  22. Run BOSS for your load order. Something may be overwriting the mod.
  23. In your SkyrimEditor.ini under [Archive] be sure you have the following: SResourceArchiveList2=Skyrim - Shaders.bsa, Update.bsa, Dawnguard.bsa, HearthFires.bsa, Dragonborn.bsa Delete any DLC you do not have.
