  1. I believe ive found it, its a UNP jacket http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/14343/? I apologise, this is not it
  2. Nope, no extra stuff, just download it, extracts it and cut and and drop in into your skyrim folder, which will be something like this c:program files(x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Skyrim Then youre good to go. Have fun with the many, excellent SKSE mods. I cannot strongly enough suggest SkyUI.
  3. Oh, sorry then, I can't help you, looks vampire related though.
  4. To both one and two, I may have been a bit vague; the tool is a source file, a SKSE.exe and a script file containing scripts, in no way does it alter the vanilla game files, simply adds to them. It doesn't breach the EULA, doesn't alter the verification mode, is in no way in breech of any legal contracts you have with Steam/Valve, as the purchase is digital, you have the intellectual property of (1) copy of Skyrm and it doesn't matter what way you manipulate that property, with certain exceptions, and you may reinstall in it a digital form at any moment. I repeat, there are no breeches in any legal contract you have between Steam and or Bethesda. (The steam workshop is a reason why one may alter the program files without fear of vilification) ~SD
  5. Find the name of the armor and type help "nameofarmour" and then when the armour comes up, there will be a 6 digit hexadecimal number next to the armour, this is the formID with the 2 digit number at the front being the load order number of the mod it is a part of. Im not sure, but you may have to run the 2 digit number through a hex-decimal calculator, but that will tell you the mod its from. YOu can use NNM to reference the hexadecimal numbers of the mods and the load order number. ~SD
  6. Its okay, just some common issues regarding SKSE. I will tell you, SKSE is fine, there are several reasons, but I will explain what the role of SKSE is and how it works, roughly. SKSE, as the name suggests, is the Skyrim Script Extender. In vanilla Skyrim, there are many, many script functions that authors are able to use, generally they cover that which the authors intend to do. However, in certain circumstances, there are functions outside the functional call of the vanilla scripts. THis is where SKSE comes in. SKSE is a third party EXE that extends the script available to authors so that they may integrate other scripts into their mods. This allows for more complex script calls and better extensions on call variables. SKSE is a tool that launches TESV.exe There is no security, legal or otherwise issues as it simple extends call variables as an EXE and you don't have to go offline. In a legal sense, considering Bethseda has fully endorsed the impletation of mods, and even released the CK for mod development, there can be no legal ramifications as they endorsed modifications themselves. If you have any other questions, send me a PM or reply here. ~SD
  7. Yeah, just add additional shaders, except exactly the same, to intensify the effect
  8. Theres one piece of dialogue that sold it for me, that the Stormcloaks are way over their head, and they are being sold garbage by Ulfric. As you ride into Helgen, on the cart with Lokir and Ralof, Ralof says: "Look at him, General Tulius, the Military govenor, and the damn elves are with him too, I bet they had something to do with this" I bet they had something to do with this But we know. The AD forced the empire into the Whitegold Concordat, forced the Empire to abolish all Talos worship. Forced the Empire to enforce the reigime and a leading Stormcloak soldier only believes "they had something to do with it". CHances are, the Elves had everything to do with it,and yet, Ralof thinks that Tulius is the leading perpertrator in the war. Lets put it perspective. Who gains from the weakening of the Empire, the AD. WHo gains from the subjugation of Skyrim, the AD, who gains from the outlaw of Talos worship, the AD. Working backwards, it is most likely that the AD saw the Great War and the subsequent defeat of the Empire as a chance to silence Skyrim. By making the outlaw of Talos worship a requirement of the WhiteGold-Concordat, they set in place the seeds for a war that would inevitable simultaneously weaken two of their enemies. The insolence of Ulfric furthered this plan, as he fed the Stormcloak rebellion full of nonsense about who was to blame for the Talos issue and the consquent war. When one tracks it back, it can and can only ever be the Elves, the Empire, forced into a situation made untenable by the loss in the Great War and the insolence of the power hungry Stormcloak leader are the only victims and when it comes down to it, the Stormcload rebellion is the bad guy, because if Ulfric opened his eyes, and mind, they may have teamed up with the Empire to force the AD out of Skyrim, ending hostilities and consolidating Talos worship and the long standing relationship the Empire and Skyrim have had. Just my opinion, b t dubs ~SD
  9. You could try stacking the shader so it renders 4-10 times more over the others, making it more apparent that its there. Probably be very GPU intensive, also, may end up with strange effects, maybe stack it last? ~SD
  10. hahaha, Question: "can we make mod xyz" Predicted answer: Sure! Actual Answer: Well if we combine every thing we know about quantam physics and apply Eulers formula to the quadratic formula, you'll find that there is a direct inconsistency between the engine used to render images, render in game physics and the game engine, so we must engage in an enormous engagement about a different topic to that which was asked:P
  11. ITs easily doable, in that one could achieve it with little effort for a veteran modder, but its legally impossible. Copy right forbids the importing of external textures into the game and even more so, the Nexus forbids 3rd party protected resources in mods. Doggtown1s mod, Monster Mod was taken down after it was found that textures from another 3rd party resource was being used in a monster, even its popularity couldn't save it from copyright infringements. ~SD
  12. ITs not really strange at all, when you think about it. Like, in Skyrim, you aren't a leader of sorts at all, you can opt to become a leader, but you aren't born into the role of a leader. In Oblivion, you are tasked to leader the empires forces against Mehrunes. Secondly, its more of a game play choice. Because of technological advancements, Skyrim seems to focus in on what you can see, explore, while Oblivion often has you doing and being. To put it simple, Oblivion was developed more for the PC and PC gamers in mind, with liberation and freedom and relatively lightly scripted, due to the fact users were supposed to make decisions. This is why you could destroy the game by killing certain NPCs, doing certain things or taking certain actions. Conversely, Skyrim takes a different approach, one that I feel is especially aimed at appeasing console users. The game itself is limited y Console hardware limitations, engine and scripting limitations and even the actual gameplay and story is inherently limited by the "handholding" culture that has been evoked in current generation console gamers. Skyrim is often scripted and definitely easy, especially at higher levels. That is where the major focus difference lays, in the targeted audience. Skyrim likes to make on feel like they won something, by themselves, when in reality, the object they had won was in fact, scripted, gifted or fundamentally given to them by the engine. Its inordinate facile nature gives the player something, so when you kill Miraak or finish Dawnguard, you feel like you did it by yourself, or with very little help, when in reality, you have been rigged to achieve it. Also, if you want to start a series, think about better headings, better and more detailed explanations, avoid "IMOs" where possible, but provide supple professional hypothesis, use correct grammar, avoid speaking directly to the audience and use slightly more sophisticated, yet equivocally clear language. Doing so may invite other users to interact with your posts and provide for more interesting debate if the topic is better equipted to provide debate and more precise in what it targets. Clarity and intellect is what you should aim for, where possible. Good luck!! ~SD
  13. Didn't even know of these things! NIce work guys!
  14. A bit back, Dragonborn and some other mods were causing dragons not to relinquish their souls. Does anyone know what the mod was, I feel as it was USKP, but im not too sure if it was directly or indirectly USKPs fault. Does any one know if Dragon souls are absorbing properly??
  15. True, probably involvd finding each FormID then C+P them into a new esp :/ Thanks ~SD
  16. As in merging using TES5edit yeah? Is that possible?
  17. Nah, I had the same problem, thats the only thing, as a PC gamer, I like the occasional convenience of having a 30 controller, but there aren't enough remappable keys to deal with some of the mods out. Only thing you can do it to use the keyboard when you need to do that and the 360 when youre playing. ~SD
  18. I have a few mods which alter perktrees, particularly the smithing tree, is there a way to consolidate all of them so I may be able to use ALL of the trees? ~SD
  19. Its not really to do with the actual hardware if you're getting startup CTD. THats in game stutter, crash etc. Many SKyproccers can be complicated and unstable if installed incorrectly, for example, simeltaneously or incorrectly installing AV and ASIS will cause crashes. Glad it worked ~SD
  20. Actually, if the mod is packed in a BSA, that being its resources being packed in that form, then it will have a script folder internally. Secondly, mods that refer to the vanilla scripts may actually be more damaging than pre made scripts as the vanilla scripts are generally inheritantly buggy, although, some good fixes have been released, recently. ~SD
  21. There are some, yes. But none seems to work with the current 3dNPC mod. Having multiple followers is a must have with my mod list and also, im used to UFO, so its a tad disjointing to not to be able to do it with 3dNPC. Can anyone make one, or instruct me as to how I make one? Or can any one direct me to a newer one thats been made?! ~SD
  22. Same, I can't find anything. I even used all of the Nexus multiple follower mods for interesting NPCs, and none of them worked. im hoping someone can make one soon! ~SD
  23. Alright, thanks for the response; First thing, run BOSS. You have master inconsistencies and missing masters because the mod that uses a master is actually lower in the load order than the master, so it cant refer to it, BOSS will fix this and any other issues Secondly, learn how to manually install. NNMis great, if the mod is NNM compatible, if not, the mod will be installed incorrectly, it may install the mod erronously or not install it, so see if the mod is NNM compatible then if not install it manually. And yes, Papyrus is the Skyrim scripting engine, if you can, turn on Logging[/] in the Skyrim.ini file and upload the crash log, then send me the results. YOu may need to google how to do this. Overload errors are errors where the system doesn't have enough memory to assign to the Skyrim engine. This may occur in your system as you wont be able to assign any more than 4gb (32bit) and have a slightly underpowered CPU. DO you know what your GPU is?
