  1. This ''River-run'' place doesn't exist, so it's either Whiterun or Rivewood. Now, the only good male blacksmith in Whiterun is Eorlund Graymane, and he's pretty much the Elvis Presly of smithing. lol He could upgrade dragon bone stuff to legendary. So I'll take a guess and say you're thinking about Alvor in Riverwood. I think he's good enough to make Orcish and Elven stuff, but not upgrade them. So iron and steel (and advanced steel smithing *studded and plate*) is as far as he gets, but he can max those out.
  2. I agree with you, I always thought the same thing when I did the thieves guld storyline. Okay, more merchants move in, but the floor is still sewege water, and it probably smells like a public WC. Not to mention, it wouldn't take that much effort to atleast scrub the damned walls.
  3. That's a good idea. Getting ththat message ''you can't upgrade your *insert weapon here* because you lack the skills'' is pretty annoying. If someone thinks about creating such a mod, I'd like to see the same for armors too. Same reasons.
  4. I honestly don't know man, but if someone made a mod for that, I'd totally use it. Seconded.
  5. It's illegal to port content from one game to another. A good solution for this would be : you extract every file you need for that weapon, armor, etc... you need, from your copy of the game. Then someone makes an .esp so you could use them as a mod in the other game.
  6. Can't help but agree. I mean, where do they put all their weres and those large tents ? Send them by curiers ? lol And a bug/glitch conserning this I've noticed a few times. The camp + tents always appear before they even get there. Not joking. I've seen this happening outside of Markath, Solitude and Whiterun. The things just appear one morning, and there is no one close by until a good few hours. Wierd.
  7. Well, you'd have to sleep (your character) 24 hours if you would want your game clock and your real clock to still be in-sync, right ? Say your character sleps eight hours. Now it's a different time in-game. And the waiting. You know, when you press t. Same issue with this aswell.
  8. Well, for the unreasonable karma gain, I installed This mod (Killing Karma Rewards Removed by Dynastia). On the matter of NPCs having inapropriate karma levels : I don't think anyone would have the kind of time to edit every single one of them. So, don't hope much on that front. Sorry. Theft in Fallout games, should be about being smart enough not to get caught. Hey, it's a harsh (waste)land. If that dude in the lousy shack is dumb enough to leave his valuables on the display, with his back turned on a complete stranger, then I say he deserved to get relived of his stuff. I found This other mod. (No karma loss for stealing by oldnotweak). Now, I didn't test this, so I don't know if it really does what it supposed to do, but it has a good premise. I think theft in general should be handeled like any other act of crime. You're caught, you have to fight your way out, or die. No stupid ''you were a bad boy/girl, shame on you'' message. Anyways. I hope this helped.
  9. Good luck with quests that reqwire days of waiting. What would you do then ? Leave your game running 'till it's time ? Also, no waiting. (when you press t) And then there is sleaping. You'd have to sleap exactly 24 hours to not mess up your ingame time. Sorry, but I don't see this happening.
  10. This doesn't really sound like a request. It's more like a demand. Change your tone if you want someone to help you. Anyways. It's an intereating idea. Would be cool to fly around with an eight legged horse thing.
  11. http://www.moddb.com/mods/alpha-project2/images/3d-sniper-scopes1 Fixed the url for you. Anyways. Yeah, that's a good idea. I second it.
  12. Conjure Deat Hound Spell by Giqu It's not CuSith, but these summons are just as cute as him. lol They're not permanent though, the'll despawn themselves after some time. So it's not perfect, but it's still pretty good.
  13. If you played Lonesome Road or ever ran into Cazadores, you would rethink that idea. lol But some players like that sort of stuff, so don't mind me here.
  14. Those stone wheels where you can improve your weapons at the cost of an ingot it was made with. No matter what kind of weapon you want to improve, when the animation starts, your character always holds an iron sword. Anyways. I sedond this idea.
  15. That's what i had in mind, maybe the hair could be a little problematic but changing the head structure from the kajiit should make it work... Another think is that their neck should be thik, it should be wide (in the male lion) so they wont look like enormous head guys with thin necks. Problem is, if the neck is thicker, then the body mesh will not line up properly, and then the modder has to change that too, which would only reduce the chance of this actually being made. Also, the head would not be any bigger any than it is now. The few parts mentioned will be thicker, maybe, but that doesn't change the head size.
  16. Lions would be pretty awesome. A slightly different head mesh (broader nose, larger jaw, wider cheekbones) and a cool mane on a Khajiit, and there you have it. The rhino race ? I dunno, but if someone who can make it, likes it enough to actually make it, then allright I guess.
  17. I'd love to buy mammoth chees and mammoth fur clothes from giants. Here's the problem. What do I use to pay them ? They don't really need gold and other shiny things, and I don't want to give them a whole goat for a bowl of chees.
  18. Someone was working on it a year or so ago, but I didn't hear about that project ever since. Which is a shame, because he allready had a kindof-sotrof working model, he just couldn't figure out how to do, well everything else. (animations, clothes, stuff like that)
  19. Looks like it's ripped. If I were you I'd remove that link before a mod notices it. You don't want to be banned, right ? On the idea of sci-fi themed mods for Skyrim : Why not ? I'd love it.
  20. Making such a small mod would be a waste of time for any modder in my opinion. When there is a simple solution, one that does not require a mod, why load your Skyrim down further with a nother mod ? Just step out of character for a moment, spawn that shovel and pretend it was there. Is that so hard ?
  21. In console "help shovel" (use the ") It should give you an item code. Then player.placeatme *item code here* 1 This should work. (I hope atleast)
  22. It is stated on the wiki page, or in-game that the Aedra gave up on their true power, thus their phical forms to create Nirn.
  23. Moving the arm around to look right can be done, as was done for the pipboy readius mod. (I use that, and I love it) How about having your character's arm a little further away, and in a different position, so when you look at your pipboy, it's a larger screen. Sort of like this : http://googxl.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/mercator21.jpg Wouldn't it be awesome ? Anyways, I second the idea.
  24. The reinforced Sierra Madre helmet is the best match I could find. If you don't have Dead Money, well, I'm pretty sure there are some mods for that. (see above post)
