You didn't specify your meaning enough when you posted the message. I took my time reading it, and judging from the message, it must be clarifying that you're saying a "If you don't wanna share mods, don't share your images" kind of response. If this was not your intent, I apologize. And yes he did not need to be angry, I agree, but what I was basically saying from my previous post is people shouldn't boss others around saying they can't upload screens at all. But then again, I wasn't angry with the second post on this subject, but yes I got a little mad with you at the 3rd until you cleared that up. I'm pretty sure there hasn't been a single post here that was 'forcing' him to release it. All iaidomaster did (at first) was ask what sword mod it was in the screenshot, he had no idea that it was deathknight16's 'private' mod. Yet, deathknight16 came in on his high horse and says he's tired of everyone ask what his mod is and he's never releasing it. Fair enough that he doesn't want to release it but if he's so tired of people wondering what it is, then stop posting screenshots of it. If you don't want to share your mod, that's fine. If you want to show off your mod that nobody else can have with your pretty screenshots, that's fine too. But don't get all sour when people ask about it. Ok you sir, I believe that was explained in the other posts. And it has been in the DESCRIPTION when I told my friends it's a PRIVATE MOD. But if they want to release images of their files, I can't say no to them. It's their sole decision to do so. You see, conversations like this stresses me greatly when the statements were already said, and I'm not even going to bring this into a flame debate, so I'm telling you in head of advice I hexed the sword when two people have brought my ATTENTION here on this thread, when people went around asking for the sword. And I had the right to clarify. I stated it once, but don't go bringing heat on me when I said why the file wasn't released. If I identify the sword of a reference somewhere, it's because I know who made it, and I will state once who the sword was made from. And it's not up to you to tell deathknight16 to release his screenshots or not. If he wants to release his screens, he's free to do so by his own decision. I already suggested to him to write down the details, and you read it, right? So why bother with the minor hostility?

If a modder does want or cannot share his mod, it's either his decision not to or requires the author's permission. My reason is for avoiding plagiarism. iaidomaster, I am sorry, but I cannot and will not satisfy your pleasures in releasing this sword, yet furthermore be willing to take the risk to get myself in trouble. This is a pure example of leeching. If a modder wants to share his work, he will do so. If not, respect his decision need be, and leave him alone. The author makes his mod, and he decides what he wants to do with it. It's not your decision to tell him to release it by force. My 2 cents into this, because I noticed a lot of leechers on Fallout 3 Underground as well.

Well I got my copy replaced yesterday, bought it off from 50 bucks from some dude who was selling it, and I'd say the forge is quite impressive. I made my very own base on forge world. It's my first base, so don't expect anything too fancy. Even though it's fairly big, I'd say that much. I might even try to make a UNSC frigate, or maybe a covy ship. Only thing I'm focusing on now is credits.

Yeah, well I didn't do the scratchin'. Some stupid guy who was at my house threw the xbox to the ground, and the disc was in it too, I got quite pissed at him, and told him he better compensate me or I'd sue him. So it's always on a flat surface, the reason why it got scratched, well, blame it on the idiot who ruined my copy for me. Although I still kinda hold a grudge against him. >:( Not saying his name though, for obvious reasons, but it was his fault for flipping out at nothing the night ago when all I was doing is having a conversation than him, then he spazzed out and at least he's lucky he didn't destroy my xbox, or he'd be in for some real trouble.

I just purchased my copy yesterday, and judging from the campaign, I never really thought things took place before Master Chief, Halo CE up to Halo 3, and yet I find the Spartan creation quite interesting. Similar to Rainbox Six : Vegas 2, I see there is features that require credits to unlock every set. But after seeing Bungie's Forge World preview, it made me wanna throw my comp out the window I'm like HOLY SHII..!! :woot: Anyways, seeing these new features is quite impressive, even thought ODST wasn't much entertaining after I beat it 2 times on Easy and Legendary, but I have to say Halo : Reach is the definition of all in the Halo franchise, and especially what we should all have. But the intensity of the new forge Bungie released, I can't wait to get my hands on the controller as soon as I get this disc fixed, which was scratched for obvious reasons.

The forums don't have ads and thus are safe. The download sites are safe too as Dark0ne's fixed it. With proper security it's not much of an issue anyway. ;) Good to know, evilneko :biggrin:

I do happen to have 3DS Max, but I only know how to mod for Oblivion so far, so as soon as I read this topic regarding Fallout 3, that is something beyond my knowledge at the moment.

No, nothing's gonna end anyway, it's either some changes in the governments soon, or 2nd degree depression of chaos. The only thing would bring countries to an end, or by that time, the whole world would end. It takes 20 nukes for global Armageddon. Then once the nuclear winter ends, the human race would be exterminated, along with any living life, or in that case irradiated, I do not know the specifics or the outcome of nuclear war. In fact, no country's ever gonna end from what I see. To consider the credit topic, your country may have made the internet, but we made telephones. We're not just some sitting ducks here in Canada. We can do stuff too.

Well was there any reason to be crude if I was specifically incorrect? If offensive was not your intent, do explain. And I learned this from school, so I don't believe I missed the history lesson fully. The Canadians or British, I DIDN'T know who, but I'd say that's what happened. It would bring you disappointment to say that I strongly disagree with you. Because Germany itself also thought they could rule the world, and look what happened to them. So....Americans with National pride = slobs. Is that what I'm reading? Americans as in thinking they're the most powerful country of this world is what I'm stating. Fanatics. I did not say Americans were all slobs, I'm saying some are, but yet I do not believe I am speaking to any of them at this point, because if I did, I wouldn't be talking to them anyway. I wouldn't be contributing to a simple troll factor, as I would take no role in this. I do not have a problem with the people that like their country, that's completely fine by me, as long as they don't go out with their all out alter-ego, and that would save my anger reactors for something else.

Now that I see a topic like this, I will give my most honest and moral opinion, and exposing my true nationality, as I was born and raised in Canada, little did I expect for the US to go overboard on several subjects like "Censoring free speech" and whatnot. I do not believe that every single American is like this, but I believe some are. My specific problem with America today is it's government. From where I usually hang around, YouTube, some stupid stuff went going on there, I heard several rumors that YouTube is cracking down on things that may be obscene or in some cases, coarse. Well that's why we have the ESRB ratings, but the American Government seems to violate their letter of the word, saying they would uphold free speech, yet they would try to censor out one of my many favorite movies from their origin, and butcher it as the TV channels you see everyday, with all this work done by the FCC. My basic problem is their will to take away anything I can say on YT, and YT is where I came to do some machinima work based on Oblivion, Fallout, etc. to inspire others, but I'll get straight to the point. The type of Americans who think self-righteous, and nation-great, they need to consider their strengths, because back in WW2 or some point, we Canadians burned their white house down 3 times from what I recall in history. I didn't seem to have a problem with America, I thought there was some good sides of them, but until all this was announced to me, I felt utter disrespect from what the US has planned. A friend of mine told me if he accidentally swore in the classroom, the teacher would phone the cops, and issue that one kid or his parents a ticket, for what? Just for something really simple, yet stupid as they call it profanity? I believe he should receive a detention rather than be in jail. Now I don't know if this is true or not, but if it is, America does not yet realize the corrupt beast they've become. It's government is the head, and the citizens of America are the body. Basically the head makes all these decisions, and the body follows it's letter of the word. But I'm guessing this is the reason why I see multiple protesters taking a step on the white house, angry critics in that sense, I do not know fully what their reasons are, but I'll assume it has something to do with their government. So my overall thoughts, America before wanted to take whole advantage of the world. I believe these idiots fall under the category "Narcissism". As in thinking their country is pure gold, while the rest of us are just plain dirt. I do not tend disrespect to those who may be American, yet more mature in a way. Basically most of these respected Americans I met, are basically from this forum, yet those who would acknowledge their economic system, how most slobs defame the US in the way of ignorance and self-righteous they are. (Statement : I'm not saying all Americans are slobs, I'm basically saying the fanatics and idiots that live in the country go out with their propaganda of domination and power, yet if Americans like their country, that's fine. I respect that completely, but please for the love of God don't show off, ok?) Now my views, Google Inc. is no exception. They are like the US, trying to know of your information, well the US has a right to keep eye on the Western conflict, but to stick their big fat noses not only in our countries, but on everyone, it's like violating our personal spaces. Yet some of us don't even live in their country. My 2 cents added.
