  1. Some help to install SKSE is here.
  2. I'm creating a playable race and made the whole body and added unique textures to the body, but I don't know how to do it on the head. There are no good youtube tutorials out there. Thanks =)
  3. Personally I'd like to visit Akaviri and meet the Ka Po Tun so modders can get them playable. Unless they look almost exactly as Khajiit we don't need them - otherwise I'd think they'd be pretty cool. I'd also like to see Tang Mo or Kamal. If you have any other race comment below. But try to stick something with the lore.
  4. Well, yeah that's a rising threat, though, a dlc for it seems a bit weak. And on the other hand that sounds pretty creepy-ish, as I'd love to have that as a side quest but not as the main story in the dlc.
  5. Falmre threat? What Falmer threat? The civilized and those being able to create such threats are extinct, so I don't think it's possible for blind brain-damaged goblin looking elf mutants to be able to build up an army. The most the could do is plunder a village, but they guards would take care of that.
  6. That would take shitload of time. Are you meaning it would turn everything into squares and still keep the engine of skyrim? If so, it would be easier to go creative in minecraft and create the map by hand, then porting it to the skyrim engine and add the creatures.
  7. Okay, so I had written a looooong post but I accidentally turned off the computer, so I'll just post the tl;dr version. I'll follow this and try to make sure modders add these, and hope you may as well find some other fantasy-fitting creatures, maybe some type of small bristleback found in the rift near the morrowind border or the tundra in windhelm? I'd love a mod like this. Please continue. I'll watch this by day and make sure it gets what it deserves.
  8. The Akavari is the most inspiring continent and piece of lore in the TES universe in my opinion. I'd love to get it clear what the Kamal look like, and maybe even the Tang Mo? And my favorite species, the Ka Po Tun, and if the Tsaesci are human or not, or if they are vampires and so on... I've read the major next dlc will be against the Thalmor, which I'm all up for, but I would love some side quests with some sea battle for the companions against the Akavirians, or something like that. Any ideas? Is it likely?
  9. Or maybe simply finding books placed in certain dungeons around skyrim (Dwemer/Falmer only though) that starts the quest, with Dwemer letters in it, and then the quest starts which brings you to our fellow Orc, Ugrab Sho-grub or whatever his name was (And yeah, I mean the same orc as you! the librarian) however, it may also be a pain if you haven't joined the mage college yet. You'd need somewhere else to translate it - which could also be another alternative, where you go find another mage, or start the quest even easier - just travel to the location without the book or talking to the librarian. EDIT: I forgot to say what the book would be about, and what it would say. One of the books you'd find could be a diary about a Dwemer that travelled to the city, saying the way there and so on - the other book would simply be a lost letter that never arrived that described the way for the person it was sent to. Other books, letters and possibly stone plates (yeah I know it's a weird idea, but it's something new!) that could trigger the quest. hmmm, good point, so where this other librarian could live? it should be a hard place to get, to add a small chalenge to the player, somewhere in the reach maybe? http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_images/underground/attachicon.gifBlackreachOverhang.jpg Yes. The reach fits very well. He could be an old Dark Elf or a Breton. I'd like it so that you have to run through some forsworn camps to get to him. The Breton/dark elf could be a necromancer of some kind. But anyways, the most important of this mod is to get the modders. I think it's time we start pm'ing good modders that aren't working on too many projects already. The modders on steam workshop would most likely join, since questing is probably the most popular category there. ive sended messeages to some good moders, but only 2 replied, one was psychosteven(the texture dude), and he said that if we know what texture we need he could give us some stuff, but he couldn't participate now.the other one was hot hothrooper44(the modeling dude), and he said that he is too busy right now. the other one was Tyrisbel(the level designer, has a house mod called frostfang manor), but he didnt reply. the last one was matherj117(to make npcs, he has a more npcs mod), and he didnt even read. I suggest you ask the OP of this post if you or him could make this in mod discussion instead so more modders can see. The most who reads this section of the forum are usually people who can't mod themselves, hence the name, mod requests. You or the OP should post this in the mod talk section.
  10. Here's your support. I actually do want this idea!
  11. Damn, I was just on that quest! You should have putted a spoiler warning.
  12. If this weren't already in the game, it should be. I always thought the perk resembelled zodiac signs. (for those who dont know; zodiac signs are stars maybe up to look like stuff, mainly like perks in skyrim)
  13. But Hagravens are evil, how about there were two branches of harpy evolution, one being normal harpy and another being a Deadric twist? Hagravens are actually witches that has done some form of transformation if I remembered correct.
  14. The red mushrooms are a great idea! If you do it, please post as a modders resource. If you can't, tell me where the files are, I can probably do it for you. I kinda meant as the ones you can find in dragonborn, you could use their textures over the mushrooms; but as said, the only thing I can create are npc's, followers, and races, and possibly misc.
  15. First off, why are Redguards called redguards? They aren't really red, and besides were they intended to guard something in arena? Secondly, what were the developers thinking when they gave them the name?
  16. And if their faces wouldn't look so "painted". Their skin is unnaturally smooth, even for a child.
  17. I don't see why this has gotten so few replies. Sounds great to me. Though I am only a novice modder, I can't really help. The only thing I think you should remove (which is just a person opinion) are those glowing musrhooms that you find in falmer dungeons. Do a retexture of them in red-brownish color if you still want them, but this is up to you. This will serve as a bump so you can get more modders. Pm me if you ever finish the mod, I'd download it!
  18. I want this too. When you find out about it, you can't let it off your head!
  19. Well, the thing with harpy is that hagraven is Elder Scrolls universe harpies...
  20. I'd love this, specially when playing a thief/assassin. I want!
  21. I've always though sea of ghosts has it's mysterious name for a reason. Maybe they could add some ghosts that swim up from the water, or shipwrecks where you find them walking around and speaking normally like they were still alive, until you get too close. Oh, yeah, and like said above: Yeah, that's the main thing I'd want. And real time moving ships, but then again that mod has already been added to steam workshop. He even added a ghost ship in sea of ghosts! That is some real awesomeness... and it actually moves around.
