    I decided to take a vacation from The Mojave. And play some FO3 So I just started to install the cool mods. But when I try to install Fook, Or Fook2 (as it is called now) i get the "a problem occured. exeption of type 'system.outofmemory.exception' was thrown etc." How do I work around this? And yeah im trying to install it thru FOMM. Thanks in advance :)

    Sometimes, after the rock detonation and Joshua leaves you to move on ahead, he leaves you his entire inventory, including his Companion Ammo, Magical. When this happens, at the end of the trail, there will be a scene where Joshua will kill some White-Legs and confront Salt-Upon-Wounds, but he won't actually do anything because he has no ammo. In order to continue this scene, you need to use the console on him and additem 00176e54 1 I did try it, but didnt work.any idéa why?

    Just wonder why blood packs in NV and in F3 are so much more rare then stimpacks and so much less effective? I mean. what are their purpose? In IRL bloodpack can save people from dieing or help them so they do not bleedout and die. Stimpacks on the other hand as I understand, are just a mixture of high qualite drugs. so my conclusion are: Bloodpacks should really have the "stimpack" effect and the stimpack should have a new effect like give 20health/in 5 sec (then have a negative effect like after the buff duration; ´-5 health/10sec). How does this sound?

    Example: enhancement of swiftness would give a weapon 10% attack speed cost to make: 1 big spring 4 scrap electronics 1 vacuum cleaner Example: enhancement of heat would give a weapon 10% chance to do 30% more dmg (every shot). cost to make: 4 scrapmetal 2 sensor module 2 hunter shotguns (or another high-price gun).

    How about a mod that let you make weapons that gets "insert-enhancement-here" when you build them. Like if I crafted a 10mm pistol it could get a special effect like +10 AP or "extra critcal hit dmg" And later on I find another "enhancement recipe" that would let me enchant the 10mm pistol even further. Like give it the "extra duribility" effect and so on. would give FNV little more "rpg" feel' what do you guys think?

    IRL' chores and such man. Yet I manage to give the mod a little thought. I think that the ciper-alphabet was a pretty good idéa. Would work real well if the "raider/bandit" faction would speak it (NOT if everyone in Novi Orbis did) And about the story: Dr. van Schmit could come for the Alternative universe. And the "Jackel and mister hyde" theme was also a really nifty idea.

    Hey I have kept an eye of this thread/ idéa. and it seems awesome. Could anyone upload a file that summarize what you guys have manage to develop 'so-far'. Maybe on dropbox or such. where people like me could access it and read it. save me the trubble of swaping between "pages" here.

    And even now with mods ( got like 80 of them), my fps still wander up'n'down sometimes I have like 15 ; when there are lost of stuff going on I assume , and up to 100+ fps when I just stand still and watch the sunset.

    AS for the snake/cobra on the map. It would be a bandit clan/raider clan. And I thought the followers could aid the NCR with there smartyness and NCR could aid with protection and supplies The story behind the weird "brotherhood" logo.. the Idéa where it could be a "outcast /order" twist. where there are two sides, one more peacefull and fundamential(tunnel sight:ed). And the outcast who are more adaptive and agressive.

    So, instead of use "upload a file" Option I should "link" pictures and stuff?

    What does this mean? " You have exceeded your allotted disk space for attachments" as I understand. I cant even upload a single file(picture) to a post ever again? :s ^ I think I missunderstod something. ( I hope so). So how do I make more room in my "disk space" or what must I do to be able to add files to posts I make in the future?

    Its you <3 you were the one who told me how to fix my fps! Anyhow if you look in the fallout.ini file (unmodded). my was set to Maxfps 30. which is just weird, I can understand if it was 30 all the time ( nothing more nothing less). But for the most people the fps wander up'n'down.

    So just a basic question. Why is there a fps cap' at 30? in the unmodded version of the game? Or was it just an unfortunet bug that people got. I mean, I see more then alot of people who complain about it. Me, I manage to fix it trhu the stutter remover mod.
