Well I know that the game isn't exactly popular and making 3d models is not something every modder here is good at. So I would say that the two are connected -
I suggest reading the FAQ but any delay is probably to prevent spam bots. Should be somewhat short

Should any case of pirated mods appear on Bethesda.net in the future, I am quite sure that the staff there will remove such a mod(s) and people will also alert the staff here too. The users will also bully legit mod uploaders into removing a mod because they think the mod is pirated. -

That requires the authors permission. Also if your game can run Skyrim you can make mods. -

yes and no. A lot of LE mods work fine with SE but any script mod will need porting generally. To be perfectly honest though you really don't need the LE stuff. Plenty of similar or better mods for SE exist and they work better.

SE and LE have their own sections of the website. If you are on the Skyrim page you are in the wrong place, if you are in the Skyrim Special Edition you are on the right page. -

Where? I'm in my notifications settings and there's nothing about notifications of replies to comments. There is one for bug report replies, but not comments. Same it's annoying to keep watching all of your comments because I don't get notifications about replies this has been answered. Check your settings
