    Hello All

Welcome to the forums, https://www.nexusmods.com/ghostreconbreakpoint (Game Mods for Breakpoint) I can't seem to find a forum for that game title here in the game-specific, or really anything in that series.
  2. I heard matching the lip sync is a nightmare.
  3. Haven't played the games, wouldn't mind giving Fnaf world a try. Certainly made my own unique animatronic model/upgrades to use ingame, notably El Chip and a normal looking non-rockstar Roxy. Lore videos are pretty fun to sink a few hours into too ahaha.
  4. Bienvenue sur NexusMods! (Welcome to NexusMods)
  5. I've been making armors & guns for both games for 5 years now, there's never been the one go-to place for learning the process. I think most people have developed their own pipelines I use this, there's literally nothing wrong with the old software from 2010, though I do use the newest NifSkope and export down from Blender 3.0 I did see this video a while back and thought it was pretty useful to understand what the workflow is like for me at least. There's alot of tiny things I can tell you about making mods which is why it's always difficult to explain these things to new creators. So really the best way is to learn how to import objects, play with the sizing and positioning, export and hope it works in game and if not, come back here and ask or do some detective work ahahah. I had zero help at the start and it wasn't until TWO YEARS in someone told me that "L" selects all vertices of a object, "A" selects everything and "P" is to seperate in Blender.
  6. Just don't flag it as a backpack in GECK and it'll never disappear, weapon backpacks will override it. Nothing to do with Nifscope or the model itself, check the GECK item settings. If you don't like the minigun backpack, I would make a mod to remove that mesh.
  7. Pretty much what the title says, Anyone know any good mods to get my game into the festive spirit? Sure, I have a family I can celebrate with this year but what about Boxing Day? Everyone will be passed out from the whiskey egg nog shots and my wasteland abode retreat will be as barren as Chris Haversam's head. I'll add any recommendations to the OP.
  8. the fallout 3 club lacks a description, its currently blank on the club list.
  9. I don't really read into endorsements or downloads, there's some kinds of mods which will ALWAYS get downloads so It's mostly about how I felt it about it and if I was able to accomplish what I wanted. My highest endorsed work isn't the best example of my skill and my most well known ain't even the most downloaded. As far as I'm concerned, whatever you make and upload, we're all equals just making stuff for a game we like. My motivation comes from a quote, "If you want something to happen, the only person who can do it is you". Sure, you could wait until someone else does it, but I got sick of waiting and the time might never come. So you watch a few youtube tutorials, struggle a whole bunch but when it works, it's so cool and suddenly when you look in a mirror, you are Dragbody. Seeing what others create also helps inspire and I guess knowing others will see it too is a nice boost. Other motivation is simply reaching the end of a game, I've played it so many times that I think of edits or new things to boost the experience. I create to change my own gameplay experience. I like difficulty and character customisation so naturally, I make wacky challenge run kind of guns to use and make my player look flashy. There is no end goal, sometimes I'll set a timeframe and a goal for a specific project just so it gets finished but like the games we play, its all for fun, being part of a community, stuff like that. Setting goals like money, downloads it messes with my motivation turning a hobby into a job or contest but I suppose it depends on who you are. I'll be here til I run out of ideas or get bored. Sometimes when I'm doing work on an edit or a weapon, modelling and fixing UV maps, I do feel like somekind of gunsmith in the workshop haha. My WIP folder use to be such a mess, alot of half finished "on second thoughts" mods I just toss away. Nice thing about the niche audiences, sure there's going to be less downloads but oh my lord they're so much more vicious for an update hah, they're usually very grateful though.
  10. I think that's a vanilla feature tbf, happens in my game too and all I have installed in Jsawyer, Any other effects you can remember?
  11. There might be space by the mechanist liar, there's at last a large car park outside, might be a less edited area. I like the 2nd floor, basement idea too. some mods like verticality in locations, would love to see more houses have basements. Sure, smugglers gambling their swamp loot in shady backstreet rooms, i could totally see some violent poker games going on between folks in more of an illegal setting.
  12. Canterbury Commons might be okay, relatively safe, on a trade route, many buildings, not poor snobby or prone to enslave you. Looking further afield, Point Lookout has their own arcade area, those fortune tellers can be pretty grifty and has some nice big buildings, honestly wish there was some pierside property in new vegas like that but oh well. Girdershade is a settlement I guess but distant
  13. I'm sure we can find a relatively quiet spot in the Capital. Perhaps The Republic of Dave?
  14. I had only just started Operation: Anchorage when Defender Sibley approached and said "C'mon I'll show you the command room" but I had too much loot on me so I went home to Megaton and somehow forgot all about the DLC. As I completed the base game quests something odd began to happen, Sibley would start to appear all over the wasteland, no matter where I was just to repeat his dialogue with me before walking away. Vaults, Rivet City, Enclave HQ, you name it, he was like some kind of reoccuring character. Slowly walking up to me somehow dodging all combat. Just wanted to share incase you ever felt lonely in the wasteland, you can have Sibley following you around!
  15. Robbing the Casinos, but with 1 Luck!? I saw a Youtube video recently explaining how you will always have a net loss of chips if your Luck is below 7 for blackjack and below 6 for slots/roulette making it near impossible to actually break the bank at a casino. So I thought of a funny challenge where you start a 1 Luck character but only use temporary boosts so you can raise your stats and then leave the casino with 1 Luck and a boat load of caps. Whilst there are many permanent perks, traits and rewards to get you to 10 Luck easily, Temporary boosts are more limited. To achieve this you can only... +1 Obtain Naughty Nightwear - Easily bought for either 200 caps or stolen from Mick & Ralph's +1 Obtain Lucky Shades - Slightly more difficult, found in the Legion Safehouse. Reaching a "Liked" reputation with the Legion will give you access either by giving 50 NCR dogtags to Aurelius of Phoenix or Doing some quests. +1 Gain Meat of Champions - Harder, You must have the Cannibal perk and use it to eat the 4 corpses of Caesar, Mr. House, The King, and President Kimball. Before gambling you would need to eat a human corpse and reach a betting table in under 60 seconds. Through those base game methods, You will have 4 Luck. Still not high enough to gain favourable odds of at least 6-7 so you can also... +2 Choose Early Bird Trait - An Old World Blues addition which adds more points to all SPECIAL stats between 6am and 12pm. +4 Choose Just Lucky I'm Alive Perk - Probably the most time consuming route but would get the player to 10 Luck making the gambling the easiest it can be in combination with everything else. You need Neutral Karma at Level 50 which would also be exceptionally hard. Any other options wouldn't be useful or be permanent thus can't leave the building with just 1 Luck as far as is noted on the Wiki. There may be some unlisted food items which could help out but this challenge, in order to meet Kimball, eat Caesar, reach level 50 if you want max luck would require a fairly played through game and can't just be gathered like on a new character.
  16. It really depends on what im going for but generally.... 9 Strength - for holding many things 1 Perception - useless 9 Endurance - for health, unarmed and survival skills 1 Charisma - i see speech as a shortcut, barter is useful though 1 Intelligence - not important 9 Agility - for sneak 10 Luck - because its vegas baby *Pretty much the same as yours, it's really the GOAT setup. Tagged Skills: Barter (I sell alot of junk), Survival (alot of cool traits + boosts healing powder) and Unarmed (Boost damage). Weapon of Choice: Pushy (I snag a stealthboy from either Joe Cobb, Victor's Shack or the GS schoolhouse and take the long journey to the mine before stealthing my way in, only need one boy). Traits - Heavy Handed and Built to Destory. I don't mind collecting repair supplies for kits, getting repair up to 50 takes a few levels.
  17. Sometimes the jackals/viper you encounter around nipton/novac might have a 5.56mm but they arent usually on the main highway so would require a lil exploring.
  18. I believe the communities which have a decent following will get a dedicated club and no game-specific forum. Whilst the dead ones or not really active will remain banished to the underworld of game-specific game forums.
  19. Out of curiosity, I wanted to compare the pistol variants of these two ammunition types; .357 Magnum revolver, Lucky (.357), Police Pistol (.357), 5.56mm Pistol, That Gun (5.56mm). Best stats have asterisks and are in bold. Guns Skill: *0* *0* *0* 50 50 Strength Required: *3* *3* 4 6 6 Weight: *2* 2.5 3 5 5 Value: *110* 1500 1000 1200 1750 Ammo Capacity: *6* *6* *6* 5 5 Durability: 200 *225* *225* 175 *225* Damage: 26 *30* *30* 28 *30* Damage per second: 45.5 82.5 60 77 *90* Crit. Damage: 26 30 *45* 28 30 Crit. Multiplier: x1 *x2.5* x1 x2 *x2.5* Fire Rate: 1.8 2.8 2 2.8 *3* Action Points: 26 *17* 19 21 19 Spread: 0.5 *0.3* 0.5 0.6 0.5 The accessibility and stats of That Gun are a clear winner with Lucky being a close second, if only it was a tad easier to obtain.
  20. I do hate that too, there's probably a fix out there but usually I try to reload whilst crouched/first person to avoid this otherwise I do a little dance. Ranger Andy's bungalow has the trail carbine in an average locked chest, Cliff Briscoe next door has an unlocked chest with a hunting rifle, Didn't know about the cow house though, I guess the McBrides were always watching it. Definitely plenty around especially later in the game. I will give the Service Rifle this, It can use AP (Armor Piercing) rounds. You're given a Rifle + 72x AP Ammo after Can You Find it in Your Heart? by Ranger Jackson. It can punch DT -15 whilst the highest the Repeater can do is JFP (Hand Load) DT -3.
  21. Go to the mod, Manage > mod details, Go to the permissions tab, it's the 4th one along, Second section below it says "USER PERMISSIONS", Add the names of whoever you want to have access. Source: me and professorpuddingcup have a mod together and he can edit files this way.
  22. There is definitely a factor of accessibility with the Service Rifle, I guess that's why they hand it out to folks like Poindexter and the misfits, they can't hit anything Not sure about the crit though since it is 1x. As long as you get 50 Guns before hand, not a bad strat. I send Manny out there too despite a Hunting Rifle stored inside Cliff's House or maybe you just wanted two? Make sure to snatch the few boxes of .308 at the Primm Sheriff house too! I'm getting a sense that if you're an experienced shooter both character and player, the repeater is the gun from the replies so far but I'm waiting for someone to finally give the Service Rifle some love..
  23. Well that's surprising. It's usually the most requested mod request I get in my DM's. Players wanting their outfits edited to remove the shoes. Don't worry guys who've asked me, I won't expose you! Modder Confidentiality (though admins can read your private messages, behave!)
