  1. As someone who is constantly travelling, therefore using different computers, I can say that this theory is false.
  2. I sincerely dislike all 3 of them... Camila is a bad wife and a cheater, Faendal and Sven liars, opportunists and bad at their respective fields. I really can't stand having either of those 2 as my follower, and God save me from the chance of having Camila as wife. If I had to choose, I'd have Faendal as a follower.... but that's like if you asked "Would you prefer death by burning or suffocation?"
  3. Actually, even though CBBE's underwears are more defined and better worked.... They look even more modern than Vanila's, in my opinion. (I realize there are variations to CBBE's Nevernudes... but in my opinion they all look kind of modern, which is not what the OP wants.) I'd love to see layered clothes too.... and oh god, yes... the linear dungeons must go.
  4. Even if you didn't know the command to remove items. Keep in mind you can always put gold inside any container (this includes any dead body). So killing a chicken (or going into any barrel) and putting your thousands of septims inside and simply forgetting about it would do the same thing for you.
  5. This sounds like an amazing idea... I can imagine having the last moments simply being able to see that one huge orc bandit raising his axe towards you and then... blackness and nothingness. If the mod manages to remove even the music suddenly it would create an amazing atmosphere
  6. I'm glad to help : ) About the second part: that's probably the case. MFG Console is the first mod I noticed having this feature, so I can't really tell for sure.
  7. mfg console http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/44596/?
  8. I can't drag bodies either. Like people are saying here, I used to be able to do it a long time ago. I SUSPECT I can't drag them anymore because of SkyRe. But I really don't know for sure, I never tested removing it.
  9. From the Vanilla races, definitely Breton. But I usually play as Ningheim
  10. Well... unlike the problem the OP is pointing out, these unrealistic things like "swimming with tons of equipment" and "water saving your life even if you fall a mountain" are things the player alone can solve by simply role playing. The imperial armor on the other hand, kind of demands a mod.
  11. Thanks for helping me here Lyv, I really appreciated it. Well, I guess I'll just use markfordelete from now on. Since things I used to disable in my game, were never really intended to ever come back in that save. The only exception being when I use disable + enable to "reset" the npc.
  12. That's a good point, but it's just that I never bothered with installing "PC exclusive animations". Without it I guess the game would look weird, wouldn't it? I mean, everyone in the world sitting bored all the time
  13. Oh man! If only this mod used lesser-powers to toggle these sitting animations... They look amazing, but I would prefer being able to switch the animation on the go, without needing to exit the game. I'm a huge fan of mods like "AE Animations" that offers various lesser powers for you set your animation. "AE animations" has one power, for example, that if you look at a chair (while you're standing up) and cast the power... your character sits and starts drinking soup from a plate. PS: I don't want to sound spoiled. This "Pretty sit idles" mod is still pretty nice. But since I don't use "PC exclusive animations" it wouldn't look good on my game specifically.
  14. What I said was wrong, Ishara? You definitely understand a lot more than I. I was pretty sure that was the process I used to edit some armor in the past. I think my memory has failed me just now, it has been a while since then (a month or so).... Since you corrected me I started to remember that I had issues with invisible body/armor, so yeah, it would definitely require mesh and texture extraction. I ended up saving the duplicate over the original .esp. If he saves the duplicate armor into the orignal .esp the armor came from (that is, if he sets the armor's esp as active file), everything will work alright without requiring any extraction. Correct? Sorry guys, My memory is messed up. No mean intentions here, just a very lousy head. ----- PS: I feel like digging a hole and putting my head inside so much right now.
  15. Why thank you ^^ To give kudos you have to enter my profile, then click "Nexus Profile", the kudos section of my profile will be between "Message" and "Views".
  16. I STRONGLY suggest you to learn how to use the basics of the Creation Kit. Believe me, I'm a COMPLETE ignorant when the subject is modding. But learning how to do a few things on the creation kit is really easy. For example, You can create your own enchanted armor with the exact "%" numbers. Here's how I would do it. 1) Open Creation Kit 2) Load **the mod where the armor comes from***.esp *** DO NOT set anyone as "active file" 3) Say "ignore" and "yes to all" to the pop-up messages that appear. 4) Go on "Magic -> Enchantment", find the one you want, press "duplicate"... name it whatever... (I like to put 000, in the name of all things I'm messing with) 5) Double click the effect name, edit "magnitude" to whatever number you want. (In your case, the exact same number of the armor you found) 6) Go on "Items -> Armors", find the one you want, press "duplicate" ... name it whatever. 7) On "Enchanting" select the enchantment you just created. 8 )Press save, name your esp whatever. I would call it "playerArmors". (I have "playerBooks.esp" for my personal diaries... for example) Put the esp in your load order. Have fun.
  17. Nice thread. ^^ I'm really grateful for the work modders do. I have no idea how to mod, I tried studying it but it's so complex. hahah... It scared me away in a second. Anyway, Skyrim wouldn't be a shadow of what it is right now, if it had no mods. I'm grateful to: Xander9009 for Soultrap trains enchanting (I was requesting this mod here on the forums and he made it. I'll always remember that :) ) Cooley for Storage Helpers (Seriously... OUTSTANDING mod idea... If you don't know this mod, please check it out. You can turn ANY item -from anymod - into a portable storage. This is incredible for immersion. You can literally store food inside your frostfall backpack or store alchemy ingredients inside your bandolier side-pouch) Spinner for More Hotkeys please. (It's a pitty he/she had to stop working on it. The mod is still fully functional though) Gopher for ... do I REALLY need to explain why I love Gopher? (iHud, lets plays, tutorials) Tendo for Skyrim Redone (the guy is a genius) Chesko for Frostfall (It's impossible to play skyrim without it. I love how he polished even the smallest details on the mod. What a masterpiece) Gulogulo for Nature of the Beast (I don't even use Werewolf forms, but his follower command system alone is already amazing. I was also astonished by his modesty. ) Everyone that worked and is working on the SkyUI. Skyrimtuner for Real Vision ... The list goes on... I use more than 150 mods. If I were to put my thanks for each mod author I would fill this thread with my posts. (Skyrim flora overhaul, fantasy music, cloaks of skyrim, alternate start,... god, you guys are awesome) I can't put the name of everyone here, but I really appreciate all the work you guys do.
  18. I guess people don't usually don't do this, but I like using "wait" feature when I do stuff. If I craft a fur cloak. I wait 1-hour to compensate the instantaneous crafting mechanic this game has. If I destroy an item to learn its enchantment I usually wait 3 hours. And so on... But there are certain activities in which 1 hour is too much.... I've tried searching for a mod that would allow me to wait 15 minutes or so, but no mod like that seems to exist. I'm sure that's because there isn't really a public for this. I mean: ** People fascinated with realism will hardly use the "wait menu" due to immersion breaking, and people that aren't fanatics with realism won't bother with the instantaneous crafting. So people like me... who care about realism but accept the flow-breaking wait menu, are probably not many. That's why I didn't even bother posting this on the "mod request" section. I'm just wondering, is there a console command that acts as the "wait" feature? When I use such command, will mods like "realistic needs and diseases" notice the waited time? <- this is pretty much the main reason for the waiting. Thank you all in advance. Please, any suggestions or ideas would be really appreciated. Have a great sunday
  19. There is a voice acting module on the optional downloads, though. Well, for me there are 2 things that should be added: - Time delay while crafting things for the job. So the player won't instantly do the job.- Proper payment. Really... you spent the day working and the payment isn't even enough for you to buy a cheese + water. It's specially relevant when the player has "Realistic needs and Diseases" installed -Also there would be needed a few tweaks on the jobs... Example: * On this last play through I chose to work as a merchant assistant... this would be my "starting job for civilian me". My character had only regular clothing and a dagger. My boss said "Oh, I only need you to fetch a pair of iron gauntlets for me" ... me: "Oh, sure thing... where?" boss: "Here... inside this Necromancer lair full of draughrs, at the other side of skyrim..." (I'm not kitting... I remembered the place... it's that dungeon where you free two ghost lovers from some crazy widow...) (In total disbelief I decided to check really quick and sprinted my way into the dungeon... the gauntlets were deep inside... ) If the enemies weren't enough.... I'm 100% sure I would spend at least 5 times my payment (of 20 or 50 gold) just on food and supplies to travel there. A job as merchant assistant should be "get this X amount of gold from me.... go to Y city, buy n units of Z item from the merchant there and bring them to me, so I can resell..... I'll share part of the profit with you" If I wanted to fight draughrs, necromancers and things of the sort, I would choose mercenary, assassin, guard, bandit or any other carreer like that. A merchant assistant shouldn't really be required to be a master swordsman.
  20. I know, right? That beautiful "hey, yo kids wanna buy some drugs?" face. Who can resist that Yeah, she looks like my characters face in Saints Row 2! lol I tried to get a pic of it right quick, but the screenshot came out solid whitey. Derpy game. I wish skyrim had a facial design system more like SR though. XD Yeah hahah, SR's character creation screen allows us to create atrocities. Though I never played the 2... I figure it is similar to SR 3's creation screen.
  21. Hahahah thank you! When I noticed the eyes, I wondered how she would look with a goofy smile. I laughed pretty hard at it, so I figured it would be nice to share the issue with a little joke together.
  22. I've recently discovered this mod here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25020/?tab=2&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D25020&pUp=1 Jobs of Skyrim allows the player to take professions other than "adventurer". This mod couples perfectly with "Alternate Start:Live another life". This is specially good for starting phases of roleplaying experiences. The problem is: Ever since December of 2012, the mod author has stopped working on this mod. It is said on the description: *I AM NO LONGER UPDATING THIS MOD, IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN TAKING OVER, PLEASE PM ME. It seems that no one has taking over. This thread here is just a heads up, if you are a modder, and you wanted a idea for a mod... why not continue this wonderful work here? Please take that into consideration.
