  1. Yes, I sorted load order and rebuilt my bashed patch. I determined that Blockhead didn't work, because even when I launch Oblivion with Blockhead itself, the faces aren't all messed up (i.e the cursed black eyed-no haired imperial).
  2. Update! Apparently my Cyrodiil Rebuild was Russian and i uninstalled it. It still crashes tho and Blockhead still doesn't work tho.
  3. Can I just disable it? Moving Steam out of Program Files is too much of a hassle. Plus I fear that it may mess up my mods.

The games are in Program Files because otherwise, Steam won't launch. However, I added the Steam/steamapps/common folder into my antiviruses' exclusion list.

Unfortunately however, now when I activate something, or I save my game freezes. Also even if I run Oblivion with OCO, the character face changes do not take place, they look exactly the same as vanilla. I also stopped running Steam as admin and disabled overlay.

  11. I am going to go through this quickly as to not waste time. All of my information will be in bullet points. Sorry for sounding so abrasive. I followed all the instructions, and downloaded the latest version of ENB from the official website I extracted the things from the wrapper version Whenever I load the launcher, my cursor starts spinning with the blue circle and then the launcher crashes If I uninstall the d3d9.dll from the FNV folder, then the game will launch, but ENB won't be present If I use any other d3d9.dll (say system32) then it won't load ENB either way I tried downloading ENB with the injector version, but it didn't work anyway I downloaded the directx june 2010 runtime thingamajig and it didn't work I decided to turn off the steam overlay (I had it to run OBSE) but no I remember trying to download some ancient version of directx which told me that in order to run it, i had to have a WinXP, Millennia or Vista I tried disabling all of the effects that ENB needed to function in the launcher but as you can guess, it didn't work (Note: I can't get help from Enbdev himself because... well he banned me from his forums. Also these problems persist for any Gamebryo games, such as Oblivion) My only explanation as to why this is happening is because Fellout, but even then it doesn't work when I disable it. I wanted to run Oblivion with OCO but whenever I started the game, with blockhead installed or not, it told me "install blockhead" I installed OBSE correctly, I followed the instructions and installed the last version I run Steam as Administrator, and to that extension oblivion.exe and obse_loader.exe I added the Steam/steamapps/common folder into my antiviruses' exclusion list I turned on the Steam overlay I tried running Oblivion without the Character Overhaul in order for blockhead to generate it's .ini file It didn't for many times, so I created my own blockhead.ini file with all the text needed I saw from an old forum post After trying to run Oblivion with the Character Overhaul, it told me "install blockhead" I tried creating a save right after the character creation screen to see if there will be an obse save, but there wasn't I don't know what to do at this point, please help and thank you.
  13. Hello people, recently I have been doing the Vault 88 experiment quests and I had to build the Phoropter and connect it to a terminal. The problem is, I cannot access the terminal at all. There is no cursor appearing when I hover over the terminal https://imgur.com/a/1rKivRE. I can't activate it through console either, and I therefore cannot finish the quest without commands. I can gladly show you my load order if anybody needs to see it, but for the time being I thank you for helping me advance.

The mods with multiple plugins should load in the same order as the vanilla game and grouped together, as noted on the mod pages. Fellout Full.esp is loading to high. It needs to be lower in the load order. Fellout Pipboy light is loading to low. It needs to load according to the mod description page. However, none of the affects your inability to download an ENB. However, you must be willing to take the time to work with any ENB you download to get it working to your satisfaction. I used an ENB once for about 2 minutes and deleted it. Okay, that's comforting to know that none of my mods may conflict with an enb. However, my FO3 crashes when i try opening it with enb while my fnv loads normally however without any changes. I tried changing some things from posts I found about this issue but all I get now is a black screen.

  19. Well it's not as simple as that... most NPCs in my game are now stuck in idle animations that are no longer present from CURP, since, I deleted it. You may be at a point where the easiest way out of the spot you're in is to start over with a clean install of Oblivion. I've been at this a long time, and have learned an awful lot working other people's problems. I suppose it is also because of my nature, but I spend quite a bit of time understanding the mods I install, before I install them. Something as large as that CURP thing would likely take me years before I finally got around to installing it (and that's if I really wanted it). Take Maskar's Oblivion Overhaul for example. I've been following the developments on that overhaul for as long as it's been around. When I put my current character's load order together (granted this was in spring 2014 and MOO had only been out about a year and a half at that time) I thought about including MOO but decided against it at that time because I had some mods lined up that would substantially change how the game plays (BPN + BPA + RF were going to be the new additions). I wanted to understand how those three mods affected the game without any other major changes to previous load orders. Yes I'm quite a bit overdue for a new game start, but I'm still enjoying my current guy and this load order. I've been following a video playthrough that includes MOO without too much else as far as overhaul type mods and I'm confident enough I have a good bead on what MOO brings to the table gameplay wise that it will be in my next load order. Even if that happened tomorrow it would have only taken eight years. Welp, Oblivion was good time while it lasted. I probably won't make another install of Oblivion as I am tired of trying to make it work for about 10 days twice in my life. If I do install it again, I'll know not to install CURP. Just the thought of redoing so much progress makes me feel bad so unfortunately, I probably won't play this legend for a very long time. I tried Skyrim SE with all the DLCs and it was fun until the late game, I just click on an enemy with my Daedric Mace and they disappear, fun gameplay, no creativity whatsoever. Anyways, thanks for sticking with me and helping me, and for any travelers who found this forum post, i implore you, download the Message Logger OBSE plugin and do not install CURP, and make sure to read what people have commented on the mod on the nexus mod page.

  21. I can't find the idle.kf in my Oblivion folder, and I can't uninstall it using FOMM. Also their animations seems to be a missing texture fishing pole, i.e completely pink.
  22. So should I take out all of the animations and then verify game files so that there are only vanilla files? If it's only idles that are the problem I wouldn't go so far as remove all animations, just idles (and I'd be more along the one at a time and test between ... but that is my nature). You shouldn't need to verify game files as the vanilla game does not come with a folder Data\Meshes\Characters\_male ... that folder is hidden inside Oblivion - Meshes.bsa and the CURP installation surely wouldn't have touched the vanilla game BSAs. Start with the file Oblivion\Data\Meshes\Characters\_male\idle.kf and then work through the other idles (like I outlined before).   24. So do I reinstall the mod and then anneal all, or do I just anneal all right now? If I'm interpreting the order you have done things (installed the CURP using Wrye Bash and then uninstalled it using WB) all you will need to do is Anneal All. Didn't work :/ (btw sorry for bothering you at such a random time for such a trivial issue)
