(possibly) Vortex loading mods I no longer have

So having my first issue with vortex maybe a year since downloading Version of Vortex is 1.1.4.12 got this version number off the install .exe name let me know if this isnt the correct number. When I reinstalled Vortex to mod the game Mount and Blade Bannerlord I got a msg to purge mods and something along the lines of bringing back those mods that vortex had remembered being there? again not to sure maybe that sounds familiar to the support team. so when trying to load bannerlord with mods I know work together due to reinstalling bannerlord entirely and launched and worked perfectly though after ending playing the game the error happened again where mods that I dont have downloaded nor use anymore are causing and startup crash. Here is what bannerlord is saying citing the mods that arnt there anymore as the reason for the crash this is the screenshot attached. Mainly just need to know how to stop (if it is vortex) from loading mods that arnt there anymore.

 

I have attempted to search around the vortex app and reverse the purging and bringing back of those mods but alas can not once again not sure if its bannerlrod or vortex itself doing it just trying to narrow down where to look for solutions thank you may be late responding today but will attempt to be prompt in response or answering questions from the support team.

Sounds like you never purged and uninstalled the mods you had previously, so Vortex is trying to restore them because it doesn't know you don't want them.
I'm having a little trouble getting exactly what your problem is, because of your non-stop sentence, it makes it difficult to figure out where one problem ends and another begins.
