DreamOfTheRood Posted September 12, 2004 Posted September 12, 2004 Recently, I have been getting an Internet Explorer message when I access MWSource that says, "Click OK to run IE Plugin." I've never recieved this message before. Is this a new feature for MWSource that I don't know about, or is this another random popup?
Stormscape Posted September 13, 2004 Posted September 13, 2004 Hi DreamofTheRood,no. It's just a random popup.
Switch Posted September 13, 2004 Posted September 13, 2004 I'd agree with Stormscape here... I've been to the site a number of times and it's never happened to me. I wouldn't click ok if I were you ;)
Slaiv Posted September 14, 2004 Posted September 14, 2004 Do NOT click ok. You may have ad-ware - try Ad-Aware by Lavasoft. 1000 posts - High Paladin!!! Now where's my llaama?
Community Manager Dark0ne Posted September 14, 2004 Community Manager Posted September 14, 2004 Now where's my llaama? No llama - but if you overtake my post count then your account automatically gets deleted.
Adras Posted September 14, 2004 Posted September 14, 2004 ooo Harsh Dark0ne ^_^ Personally I use Opera and you have the ability to NEVER accept popups. They wont open or pop up in the back ground. Its useful. Congrats on the 1000 posts. *Hands over llama shaped string* And if you pull it it becomes a straight line! :P
Adrian Laguna Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 if you overtake my post count then your account automatically gets deleted.Peregrine is getting there...
Peregrine Posted October 5, 2004 Posted October 5, 2004 if you overtake my post count then your account automatically gets deleted.Peregrine is getting there... Just 1000 short... I wouldn't exactly call that "close". Besides, Malchik is only 100 or so lower than me.
eviljim Posted October 6, 2004 Posted October 6, 2004 so if Dark0ne takes a week off from posting does that mean switch will stop posting as well? you know... just to be safe...
