Creation club plugins can be disabled

Some of my creation club plugins can be disabled by Vortex. I thought this was not supposed to happen, I found out when the bashed patch complained that one was disabled:

None of mine are like that. They all show as locked and lack any buttons to disable.

 

Did you download them the normal way or copy and paste them into a different install?

I have just this evening purchased the AE upgrade after letting Skyrim SE update to the free update a few days ago.

After the purchase when launching the game I was prompted to download the new creation club stuff and I did.

edit:well i feel foolish:) After restarting Vortex - hadn't done that after purchase - the option to en/disable has gone, and all looks normal!

Vortex only refreshes it's list of "native" plugins to include CC content on first startup of the app.
