FriskVRC Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 Having to go thru Each one and making sure its SE Vs AE and on top of that Version.....is starting to get very frustrating.....and I may be in the wrong section for this ..... being only a few post in about it....
Zanderat Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 SSE has been updated to v1.6.xx. AE is a paid for DLC expansion pack, which includes the SSE update. There is no need for a separate section.
Community Manager Pickysaurus Posted February 6, 2022 Community Manager Posted February 6, 2022 The Skyrim 1.6.x update only impacts a small number of mods. These are listed on the modding wiki as linked in the AE news post we did in November. It's not a different game and will never have a separate game site.
Vlad254 Posted February 15, 2022 Posted February 15, 2022 So did I accidentally upgrade my Vortex from 1.4 to 1.5 or is it all 1.5 now?
rmm200 Posted February 15, 2022 Posted February 15, 2022 Vortex version is completely separate from game updates.Always use the most current released version of Vortex. The version I am running is 1.4.17.
Vlad254 Posted February 15, 2022 Posted February 15, 2022 I get that but I'm not asking about a game update. I was asking about Vortex updating as my current version of Vortex is 1.5.2 which has the Collections Beta. I did not want the version of Vortex with Collections. My question is did I accidentally update Vortex or was it intentionally included in updates?
Community Manager Pickysaurus Posted February 16, 2022 Community Manager Posted February 16, 2022 You can use 1.5.2 and just ignore the Collections feature. https://modding.wiki/en/nexusmods/collections/testing/optin#returning-to-the-stable-build
