shabir23 Posted December 23, 2022 Share Posted December 23, 2022 I decided to use Vortex because it's been around a year since I've ever heard of it and it seemed to have gotten quite a few updates. Though legit as soon as I downloaded it and tried to open it, it starts giving me this message about "Admin Rights Detected" and I've also seen tons of other ppl having problems with the program. Guest deleted34304850 Posted December 23, 2022 Share Posted December 23, 2022 not seen one of these posts for a while. well done.as with any program - don't install it as admin - that's a very bad thing to do. the installer needs admin to run, but vortex itself doesn't. there's a whole forum, cunningly called "Vortex Support" where this and topics like it have been disussed to death, and vortex itself comes with a knowledge base that tells you even more about how to use it.should you use vortex to mod skyrim? only you can answer. If you still can't make sense of it, feel free to make a thread in the support forum for assistance.
