Game got riddled with issues trying to fix just one

Okay, i'll just start from the very beginning considering almost everything I've done to make things better just made them way worse.

It started off with a bug involving BHUNP, basically the breast and butt physics were static and would stretch upwards through my character's back when the bent over/crouched/ mined ore. Then somehow along the way of fixing that I managed to get the glitch where I teleported into the Sleeping Giant Inn with my followers missing and an NPC attacking me after I died or saved a new save then loaded the new save (if I loaded the past saves they loaded me into the correct spot) so I learned that I was way over the plugin limit and that's what causes that so I started using Zmerge and got my plugins to 233 in total (it used to be 512 but I never had an issue until trying to fix the body bugs) but now my skyrim loads infinitely after the bethesda logo when I start it up. So I googled it too and three different posts told me that RSChildren was the culprit, which I had, so I disabled it and all of the patches that came with it, still no luck. I've let LOOTY re-sort it after merging too but i'm just at a loss because i've found no other post to fix it besides the RS Children one. Please help, i'm completely defeated.

Are you trying to load a save game, or just loading the game to start a new one?

This sounds more like a Load Order/Merge problem than a Vortex problem.
I have 148 esps, and 177 light esps and I just use Wryebash to make a bashed patch
I also got rid of Legacy of the Dragonborn because the amount of patches it needed was just beyond practical

Spoiler tags are commonly used to turn very long lists (like the list of mods you are using) into a single small button that people can open or not depending on whether they want to see your list. Prevents them from having to scroll past your list every time they look at the thread. It's considered polite on the forums to use spoiler tags on anything of excessive length.
