Baldur's Gate 3 Extension pushed erroneously?

Hi all,

I don't have Baldur's Gate installed. Am only managing CyberPunk 2077, nothing else. I opened Vortex today and it installed BG3 extension automatically. I even removed / deleted it and after a restart it force installed it again? Is this a bug? I never had BG3 installed at all.

No, it's how Vortex works. The mod manager is always ready to manage every game it supports and it updates support for each game as and when an update is ready automatically.

This is far better than needing to do a major update to Vortex (downloading the entire software and reinstalling it) every time we need to update support for a specific game.

Ah, gotcha! Thank you. I'm new to this and only seen the CP2077 extension installed. Wasn't aware other extensions would be installed as none show in the extensions section apart from CP2077 and now Baldurs Gate 3!
