I think it's a "revival" of the meme when people were uploading the entire 1 hour 30 minute Shrek movie as a ".GIF image" (*but it was actually an .MP4 file, usually), around 4 years ago, on Reddit and wherever else, lmao...

Nope, I am entertained by the idea that some people who act in a corrosive/toxic/abusive manner have to do it elsewhere...
