subaverage
Probably massively damaged or disabled precombines. You did not by chance use this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/90947 ? If so uninstall it. Next you could try this: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/46403?. Anyways your Fallout4.ini should have these entries under [General] (and the Fallout4Custom.ini shall not override these): bPreCulledObjectsEnabled=1 bUseCombinedObjects=1 bUsePreCreatedSCOL=1
samuraitech
Yes, I would agree with broken precombines. Be careful with scrap mods and Player Home/Settlement update mods. They are known to break precombines. Especially the earlier Settlement replacer/update mods from like 2017 or earlier. People did not know about, or pay much attention to that stuff back then. I stay away from scrap mods. If you use a player home/settlement upgrade mod, then ensure it says in the description that precombines are repaired. If this happened recently, try to remember a mod you may have installed that possibly caused this. Uninstall it and load an older save. See if it was fixed.
