Can we go back to the different colored favicons for each game? I have several pages pinned on my bookmarks bar and they used to be easy to pick out by color for the different games. Now they are all the same orange.

Because your piece is pretty easy to say when it's "Well, I like it and it's too late for you all to complain now, so..." and unnecessary clap backs at people's criticism of the change and the poor handling of feedback by staff. All it does is bait reactions and derail the thread into arguments which is the stuff that get's it locked. Which is why I won't engage with you further.

The new design is extremely inefficient and wastes screen space. I have a hard time trying to find things.

Why not give people a choice to switch between the old and new UI? There are cases where people have benefitted from the new UI, but if anything those appear to be fringe cases, with many being negatively impacted by the changes.

If people are given a choice, everyone wins.

When I went to the forums, the top 3 posts were written condemning the changes. I've also seen lots of complaints on the Skyrim Mods subreddit.

I don't think these are a small minority. (also indifference doesn't equate to acceptance)

I have never commented on anything on this site, but this new update is awful. I think everyone on the UI team should get fired. This is on par with the stupidity of updating the email app on I phone.

For comedy purposes, here's a thread from 2017 where people are complaining about what a horrible redesign the new site is.  That new site is, of course, the one you are all saying we need to go back to because it's so much better than the new, new one.   Ever the same.

The previous redesign was also awful... but at least it was just a redesign. Not a removal of functionality and worsening of the user experience. I absolutely hated the last redesign, I thought it was awful and didn't deserve to be released... but I'd still prefer that over this mess that gives me constant headaches just looking at pages, that causes severe anxiety whenever I try to search for anything, that feels unresponsive and unintuitive and like Microsoft spat out a Windows 8-inspired UI onto a formerly perfectly fine website.
