It's a hypothesis for sure! Please rest assured there will be plenty of debriefing and discussion around the nature and volume of feedback received from each channel.

In reality the hotjar powered polls which ran during and after the beta were available to all site users. However once the quota is used up then the poll is no longer available. This of course means only limited conclusions can be drawn from the results, and we are not blind to that.

Fantastic, so even you yourself admit the data is flawed and yet continue to insist it isn't mostly negative. I don't even know how to react, should I be appalled? melancholy? maybe maniacal laughter is more appropriate.

The data is a representative sample, I do not accept that means the same thing as flawed.

Whether it's mostly negative isn't a matter of opinion, only fact- it isn't.  I know that doesn't chime with your (valid) opinions, but it is the case.

I'll continue to reiterate though, of course we are still going to improve things.

The new layout is so atrocious I'm leaving my first and only forum post to voice my displeasure. And I'll make it as clear and succinct as possible.

Stop. Forcing PC users. To have to deal with. A UI. Designed for mobile. Stop. Trying to fix. What isn't broken. PC users. Do not want. To have to deal. With mobile focused UIs.

Want a layout for mobile? Fine, make a mobile layout. But make it exclusive to mobile. Don't force it on us PC users who neither want it nor need any of the functionality changes wanted or needed for mobile use. Just give us an option to revert to the old layout. I'm certain that a good 90% of all criticism on the new layout would evaporate overnight if you just give users the option to go back to what worked instead of having to deal with what mobile users want.

This is not my primary role but there's no mystery here. Of the top of my head: hotjar surveys, our forums, reddit, discord.

It's been negative everywhere, besides possibly that hotjar as I cannot see it. 

So still not seeing were the "it's positive" is coming from..

I literally arrived at this thread from a Reddit post from another admin linking here and claiming that the team doesn't monitor Reddit for feedback.

So which one is it?
